Old bill thank you for the advice and this job is only for the summer before my trade program picks up.

No problem, always glad to help a brother out.

I’m happy to read that you’ll be entering a trade program in the fall. Those great paying jobs are going begging as single mothers plush their soy boy “sons” into worthless gender study degrees from Marxist State University because “everyone needs to go to college”.

Knock ’em dead, brother. You’re on the right path.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

I dont think you understand. The orders are sent to our truck computers that are connected to satalite network. Real time tracking and everything. We fill everything out on it except when we change units. Then we do like 2 pages of paperwork.

So I guess your female disbatcher just flips under the radar somehow and gets away with everything, while you are being tracked nonstop, while being in the same office. I guess you don´t want to hear my theory how your female disbatcher is more intelligent than you right ?

Just wanted to agree with Old Bill. Employers often expect the employees that give a damn to make up for the lack of effort from those that don’t give a damn…without any extra compensation. As with anything in life, if your efforts are not recognized and rewarded, spend your effort elsewhere.

This happens at all levels of employment, and really should be applied everywhere. And was already pointed out, it often sucks for the men who actually want to do a good job and take pride in their work.

Personally, I find myself in a strange situation. I don’t have a career path at work, and my efforts are no longer recognized. However, I like my job security and am not really ambitious at this point in my life to switch jobs yet again. So I find myself going through the motions at work, and put in efforts outside of work. I’m not exactly happy with the situation, but again, I’m not willing to put in the effort and risk to change the situation.

    Ok. Then do it.

No f~~~s given is the rule of thumb with any job. You are simply a cog in a very large system which makes someone else (not you) a lot of revenue. Do what you can and fly under the radar.

Reported her before but they dont care.

They probably do care, but she’s unfireable. Because vagina.

This is why it’s best to not hire them in the first place.

I can certainly relate to this. I’ve been passed over on promotions but they do seem to like me in my current role. I have debated moving on as well, it does take effort and risk!
