Sadly our rights are coming under attack once again due to the events in Florida. To be sure we could argue the merits of the 2d Amendment with the Marxist/libtard crowd; but the fact is we could quote George Mason until we’re blue in the face and its not going to work. SO here is some practical advice which everyone can use to shut down you’re typical dogma driven left-wing imbecile.

When they start chanting/ranting about banning guns all you need to do is suggest: “How about we ban murder, then the gun is irrelevant”?

Now you’re clever lefty elitist will sneer at you and point out that to a murderer, the proscription against murder is nothing more than ink on a page…to be disregarded and ignored.

At which point you ask well if they can ignore laws as mere ink on a page—why would you believe that MORE ink on pages would somehow work? What is the evidence for that conclusion?

This little logic quandary is of course more than they can stand—so rather than allow their heads to explode the next thing you will hear is the typical stream of labels—which are of course meaningless except in the sense it means you have won the argument and their name-calling is recognition that they have nothing in the tank.

Anyway just some helpful advice on how to deal with lefty/libtard elitists.

There are massive amounts of Elitist money being thrown at everything Leftist/Globalist, far more than is being spent on actual Right Wing propaganda/influence. Media is about 80% Leftist as far as I can tell in the U.S. and throughout the West for that matter. Bolshevism 2.0 is basically what is going on. I predict they get it done via propaganda or gunpoint sooner or later. Controlled Chaos. Let the surviving Muslims in that you can’t stop dropping bombs on in the name of Israel, then comes societal breakdown, then increase Police State control, take guns… on and on it shall go… Every media outlet that becomes relevant gets bought up and then pushed hard Left as time goes on. Youtube is the latest victim, something else pops up to replace it, it will be bought up as well. This has been going on for over 100 years, maybe much longer, the strategy is eternal.

We are in the early stages of this, I say within 50 to 100 years nobody in the West will be able to own a gun, well, the bodyguards of the Elite and Cops will still have guns. You think Jimmy Kimmel or Hillary Clinton will be disarming their bodyguards anytime soon?

Fact of the matter is if you outlaw guns, only outlaws will have em.

I would much rather be able to shoot back, as it is the only thing that could stop madmen like this Florida kid. Courts, Police Departments, Congress… why no mass shooting there? BINGO!

We already have the Brady Bill. The Democrats could have passed gun control legislation back when they had a majority in congress and Obama in the White House. They didn’t. They didn’t lower my taxes either. More is coming out about this kid and his home life. The systems in place to help children failed this kid at every step, which brings us back to the mental illness factor. When Archie Bunker had an argument with Meathead over gun control, Meathead quoted statistics on how many murders had been committed with guns. Archie’s reply? “Would you feel better if they had been thrown out of windows?” This kid could have used a bomb or a vehicle to mow down people like we saw in NYC. This latest tragedy is just another sad testament to the crises boys are facing everywhere…and no help in sight.

Let me put it another way. Historically in order to commit a crime two elements must be present: Mens Rea (guilty state of mind) and Actus Reus the physical act prohibited.

Leftist/libtards like to blur the line between the two by making the criminal act synonymous with the instrumentality used in the act. In their minds its one in the same. They do this because their ideology/dogma likewise blurs the lines between good and evil. In their world there is no moral authority except that which the state defines.

This is how the mens rea is transferred to the instrumentality and removed from the act/(actor). Thus the fault lies with the gun (instrumentality) and not with the criminal (actor). This paradigm was starkly illustrated in the Kate Steinle case, where the illegal alien was found not guilty of murder but we were again treated to the “evils” of the gun. The Illegal was charged with a gun violation but that was all. So technically the gun was guilty–not the shooter.

So when arguing with these folks its important NOT to allow them to merge the instrumentality with the mental state. Keep them separate and assigned accordingly. Which is what my question in the original post does with the whole “why not make murder illegal?” Because that statement reassigns both criminal elements exclusively to the perpetrator and leaves any instrumentality chosen by him as irrelevant.

I don’t get why you need semi autos though surely a shotgun and a rifle with a scope would be best for protecting your home and then a revolver to carry with you.

As it has happened in the UK, not very often, but it has happened and we are not allowed weapons at all.

I don’t talk to Libtards and Leftards about anything. I leave them be and they better know to leave me be.
Last argument I had with a Libtard about guns turned into an ass whooping for him and 2700€ in fines, court fees and emergency bill for me.
I decided that was too expensive to win an argument in that manner.
In my defense, I was still drowning in Red-Pill Rage back then, but hell, he deserved it anyway.
He had insinuated that if one my children got shot at school that would be my fault because of my belief on guns. That was not the thing to say given my mental anguish at the time.
