I went through the same kind of thing for years, but my addictions were different. Mine were alcohol, xanax and marijuana. But the sickness is the same no matter what it pertains to, and the bottom line is endless anxiety. Anxiety leads to lack of sleep, then depression, then the loss of interest in everything! I did what you’re doing know…working and going to school. That in itself will take a lot out of you.

Clinical studies have shown that the end function of anti-depressants actually increases the amounts of magnesium in the brain. It isn’t a cure-all, but magnesium is a major remedy for anxiety, depression and insomnia. I take Magnesium Glycinate (important that you don’t take the kind of magnesium that makes you s~~~ your brains out). Magnesium Glycinate combines elemental magnesium with glycine, an amino acid that also promotes relaxation and stress reduction. It works by putting the magnesium directly into the bloodstream without having an impact on your colon.

I have been down from blue pill society for quite some time myself, but I’ve found this supplement to be very helpful in elevating mood and helping me to sleep deeper, wake up more energized and to feel better throughout the day.

I take one during the day with food and two at night when I turn in. I would start out with two a day as directed, though, until you get a feel of how much is the right amount.

No s~~~, here are some things to do.

Make sure you up vitamin d (d3) in the winter. Lack of this can make you depressed.

Make sure you take vitamin b supplements. most people are low on them anyway. b12 especially for energy and a better mood/deal with depression.

Watch some stuff, or listen to some stuff, that makes you feel good.

Get enough sleep. lack of sleep causes negative mood changes and tiredness.

    Avoid watching mainstream media news.

Secret Agent MGTOW has some great ideas! Vitamins are necessary because you deplete them with stress. Vitamin D is vital to absorption and good to take with magnesium glycinate as well. Staying away from mainstream media outlets is key! It’ll reduce the p~~~ed-off-ness. All of this and deep sleep cycles will probably get you back on track and help you with concentrating on school and work. Have something to do when you come home, too. Find some funny shows to watch on Netflix or play a game or something…decompress.
