yes by all means verify laws. I am not a lawyer nor do i offer legal advice. i am telling my experiences with this s~~~.

the legal definitions of some innocent stuff will blow your mind. those with thin skin will take stuff the wrong way, and the more you explain yerself to the law the worse it gets. evidence is different from intent. intent is we laugh about it on a forum or in a bar over a couple beers. evidence that you were there, did something will put you in jail.

please do not do this ever again.

I don’t think saying “Hey babe” is harassment. It is crude and lewd behavior.

If your really anxious over this you could get an attorney “consultation” whereby you go see the attorney and talk to him about your case so you can decide to retain him if you please.

You then do not hire him but know if you even committed a crime (which I don’t think you did).

But you do realize that guilt or innocence is not relevant in sexual assault cases so you are lucky your dodging a rape accusation.

Don’t be stupid and contact women unless you absolutely must. They are now weaponized.

harassment, disorderly conduct, lewd and lascivious behavior, take your pick.

I sincerely hope you hit up some stupid git who moved on 30 seconds later. I hope this is seen as young dumb kids hollering at each other.

women are weaponized, yes, I agree. hit up the wrong girl, and you can be wrecked.

we are not lawyers, seek out your own legal advice, I agree.

    Thanks for the responses guys.

This girl I never even once met in person. I sent that one text after months of silence and I got her response as listed in the first post.
She’s the type of girl that would want to create sympathy for white knights around her. I’ve learned my lesson, but will continue to stay leary of this situation.

Regardless of the law and any other BS, she mentioned the cops be done with her forever. Move along.

Saying anything to a broad if you are not rich and hot enough is lewd and crude behaviour. If you are it’s flirting.

Look up your state law on harassment.

New red pill: there is no such thing as law. Just corporations constantly changing the mass-illusion of rules to suite their advantage and to keep you down.

I completely disagree with most of the responses in this thread.

“harassment” is a feminist conjured up weasel word. It’s complete horses~~~. I challenge anyone to show me the penal code statue for any state in the USA that makes “harassment” a crime. Yes, it’s likely covered in some civil codes (as it should be) but not the penal code.

It is true that there are some institutions (the workplace, marriage) where men’s basic civil rights and constitutional protections are totally ignored and discarded. No doubt in those specific institutional settings a dumb bitch can use the false “harassment” complaint and the degenerate manginas running the show could drop a load of problems on a man.

But that’s not the situation here. The false “harassment” accusation doesn’t fly in general society, including the casual acquaintance situation the OP described. The bottom line is he broke no law and has nothing to be concerned about. Just laugh and tell her to f~~~ off.

    delete those numbers immediately.

I second that. Delete it. Don’t ever respond to her again. Change your phone number. Getting a cheap thrill from texting isn’t worth it in this case. You don’t want to end up explaining yourself to the police for some bulls~~~. You don’t know how far this psycho woman will go to ruin your life.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

A woman does NOT need ANY evidence of anything other than her word.

She can pick a random stranger’s name and say the guy came over and threatened her.

She can walk past a guy in the street and say ‘he groped me’ or scream rape.

The guy gets arrested on a woman’s WORD and spends the day in JAIL even if nothing comes of it.

    Women are JAIL.

Stay the f~~~ away from these weaponised creatures.

The last cop who was called out to my house by wifey told me that even if I leave during a disturbance, she still can hit herself in the head with a frying pan afterwards and get me locked up for DV.

Similar deal with the woman that I was talking about. This gal bruised very easily and she knew it. She would injure herself before calling the cops. She even tried the same ploy on me to try and get me locked up.

These c~~~s are evil beyond comprehension…

Still, one needs to be careful. There are ‘catch-all’ type laws. No matter what you’re doing, a cop can usually find a way to show that you’re in violation of some law.

In Canada, a guy called the cops because he saw his neighbour loading a rifle into the trunk of his car getting ready for a hunting trip. And the cops showed up!

There’s the ‘weapon dangerous to the public’ crime. Anyone can be charge for having anything in their possession that can be considered a ‘weapon’. And absolute anything can be considered to be a ‘weapon’.

There are always ways for small minded people to work the laws against you for doing absolutely nothing wrong. It’s really best not to put them to the test…
