Just addressing the original thought from the original post. I have three daughters. They were all raised fairly strictly. Once they are 18 they are all their own person.

Oldest daughter is on divorce number two at a young age.

Middle daughter is moving out at the end of the month. She’s “never” getting married or having kids.

The youngest is still reigned in. She swears that she won’t have sex until she’s married.

They were all raised in the same house under the same rules. The other commonality is that at 15 they all said the same exact thing as the youngest.

If you think that fathers can control the fancies of young women you’re delusional. They may be able to control their actions and the freedoms they are allowed to experience, but unless they are wearing a body camera like the cops 24 hours a day you can’t control another human being.

I can totally hear this coming from a woman because my ex-wife surprised me once by saying – I’d probably turn out better only if my mom yelled at me more when I was little. (I was like WHAAAAAT???!!!)
She totally picked up that habit from her too. I hated her for yelling at me and at our daughter. I made a promise to myself to never yell at my daughter again.
If there is no one else to blame, they’ll blame their parents for not bringing them up the right way.
