I’m not sure how Kim Jong Un is going to counter the F35’s capabilities. These will soon get the Block 3F software, enabling them to penetrate deep into enemy territory. Kim Jong Un has no chance.

Agreed. Biggest waste of money. The F-35 Turkey. We should have upgraded the F-16’s and brought back the F-14’s with upgrades our put it into the F-22 Raptors imo.

US Military Intel know what their up against over there. The Chinese have their own versions of the SU-35, SU-34, SU-27, and the MIG-35. ALL of these have capabilities to give American fighters a significant run for their money. The only question is the skill of any fighter pilots behind the joystick. Prevailing wisdom is that American pilots are tops, with German pilots as a close second if not on the same plane.

Neither side is going to full blown war. The best thing America could do would be to fund some kind of resistance group in North Korea and have them take out the leadership and key military leaders.

Then 20 years down the track go to war with the resistance group they funded and trained.

The History channel did a similar doc about the F-22 Raptor. Going off that doc, the Raptor kicked the ever loving s~~~ out of the F-16.

Nothing except for government propaganda I have watched or read describes the F-35 as anything other than an expensive turd that comes in three different flavors of stink.

Again, taking cost out of the equation sending mixed signals to the world seems like a good idea.
