The only answer is – its her choice.

That’s all there is to it.
She has to live with her choices whether she wants to or not.
You do not have to, unless she chooses you.
You can do anything and everything you want to better the odds for you to be more “attractive” to her, but in the end, its her choice to spread her legs.
