I understand denying them attention and letting them know can be fun, but it sounds like childish games you are bragging about. Why bother with it at all? None of it has bearing on going your own way. Peace will enter your life if you let it. Why put your effort and person into such games when there is no need for it? Claiming to be seeking power/control and being a so called man who masters himself is just plain narsisitic reasoning for attention on your behalf in this scenario. You think women are bad about such right? So why do the same yourself? Seems hypocritical to me. Walk away from it and let an equilibrium of peace and calm enter your life. Only you can bring internal peace of life to yourself, no amount of games will.

In today’s situation, I would advise every “average” man to stay away from tactics like this.

I pulled my jokes and “playing with them like with cats” in a situation where they had hit on me “as man with money” and they wouldn’t give up so fast.

I don’t know how many of you have ever tended bar, waited on tables, pumped gas, taken orders, or otherwise dealt with asshole customers every hour of every day on the job. I do know that all of you who have worked service job read the OP’s little story and winced.

No need to engage females in mind games. I ignore them unless they speak to me, then i reply with the shortest, most basic boring responses you can imagine. This way they think you’re taken, or you’re busy.

In my playbook, don’t give them any emotion at all, not good, not bad, just nothingness. Most of them aren’t bold enough to say anything other than hi or bye anyways, as long as you remain in the grey with them, you’ll be alright.

Service was my main profession and I hated c~~~s that abused their position as a paying customer.

I never mess with staff anywhere. But in my case, it was the restaurant I went to almost everyday and someone would always tell the staff who I was. And they would come and play. And the boss knew it and thought it was funny. The job these ladies had was a pretty stressy one. And playing with me was the only attention and distraction they ever got.

One of them, the “roe deer”, always got mad, but nagged “Where is he” if I happened to stay away for more than 2 days. So nobody saw it as harassment when I stroked them like cats…

But in everyday life I just ignore women. They don’t make me turn my head, no matter what they look like.

I steer clear of the tuna smell. With MCS, this has become a health issue on top. Tunas are chemical bombs, and some of them give off fumes that inflame my lungs within seconds.

You are right OldBill. I don’t take criticism well but it is warranted. I won’t do that stuff anymore. And I’m not just saying that, I felt s~~~ty and low after reading a lot of the comments because I put a lot of stock in the opinions of the men on this site (shouldn’t care as much as I do). I get these wake up calls every so often and see how little I have actually advanced. Thank you and everyone else for waking me the f~~~ up. I’m starting to feel better now.

Thanks for your comments guys I am not going to do that stuff anymore. I’ve seen the light. I need to work a lot harder on my ego and need for validation. I aim to do so. I felt awful yesterday and wanted to quit the site because I found some of the feedback really hard to swallow (that’s what she said) but it was essential for me to hear. It is very unhealthy for a person like me to be playing those games, I had a feeling that was true but I didn’t want to face it. Again thank you all.

A very noble declaration(!) but women WILL play games with you and that’s all you need to be prepared for. As Yoda once said: “A Jedi uses his strength for knowledge and defense… never for attack”.

As far as shallow conversation goes in terms of aquaintances, I can only stand to talk to post wall women 45 and over. Women who have had a taste of the real world. Younger ones are TERRIBLE at even surface conversation. Mess with them? How boring. If I want to revel in female misfortune, I just visit this site.
