One last thread before beginning my business trip…
Remember this thread? The one about the tradcon fools at The Other McCain blog asking for survey information regarding men going their own way?
Well, the “results” of that “survey” have been published and they’re exactly what you’d expect. After reviewing all the evidence and reading all the comments, Robert Stacey McCain the tradcon douchebag-in-chief at the site, has come up with his solution to the toxic femininity, legal biases, and other structural societal handicaps destroying men today:
Only marry unicorns
That’s right. McCain writes: “One of the things I like to point out is that there are 3.5 billion women on this planet, and all a guy really needs is one.”
McCain freely agrees that the game is rigged against you and that even dating women can result is disaster. He even admits that he has warned his sons about the damage women can inflict. Despite that, McCain continues to believe deep in his little Bible thumping heart that you can find a way to play the game and win if you really want to. He employs the usual shaming tactic with “Winner win and losers lose” and is even dense enough to link and quote the GirlsAskGuys MGTOW article recently debunked here.

McCain wants to believe and that desire blinds him to reality. For example, he correctly notes that human nature is immutable while also failing to comprehend that, when shielded from the consequences, women are simply following their innate nature when they lie and manipulate. McCain also wants to believe that all you need do is date “a woman long enough to assess her character.” while ignoring, perhaps deliberately, the fact that long term dating is just as dangerous as marriage. To further illustrate his ignorance, McCain continually conflates MGTOW with a hatred of women.
I know many of you responded to McCain’s poll and even engaged in discussions within the comments section. It should be clear now that your efforts were wasted. It’s not that tradcon cucks like McCain can’t understand, it’s that they do not want to understand.

My son went through a phase where he would cry and scream for me when she was dragging him away during pick up time. I had no proof of abuse but I’m know her boyfriend is a piece of s~~~. Things have calmed down but I feel guilty as f~~~ for bringing him into this world.

If we assume these tradcons actually believe we should go unicorn hunting and they mean well, I can only think of one explanation as to why they believe this. It is that they believe that a bachelor can never really be happy, or that the happiness a married man feels is much greater than what a bachelor could ever attain.
If bachelorhood is the lonely, pathetic existence they must think it is, then of course they would think unicorn hunting is worth it, regardless of the risk. But that is not true, and in fact, the opposite is true. As marriage benefits men less and less, single life offers more and more.
I’m not going through the long expensive unicorn hunt. I have a life to enjoy, and its not going to be wasted following your obsolete life script, tradcons.
Anonymous3I never see the part where women bring something to a marriage as the reason why a man should get married. It’s always just a man “should get married” is assumed.
The only real authority they can ever cite is religion, because nothing else really can carry that weight. But in a society that isn’t religious, why would that be a good reason?
And for one that is…every major religion holds men as superior to women and demands female submission to men. Funny thing, these religious marriage pushers NEVER want to apply that. They just flat out refuse to follow God’s orders on this, and insist on changing the rules. In that case, why assume marriage from a religious standpoint? Plus I’ve never even found marriage suggested by religion. Nobody can ever find me scripture, in context, that states it. But I see plenty of scripture that explicitly states not marrying is fine and is probably better for a man.
An exception maybe for Islam, but when I’ve challenged Muslims to provide me with exact citations they can never, ever do it either. In fact they tend to just get a hissy fit and show the standard defensive whining someone does when they know they have nothing. So it’s probably not for Muslims either.

With a normal trad/con person, you have a chance of a rational discussion about marriage. Especially if they are older and have seen all its sides.
But with a trad/con who is essentially a preacher, you have exactly zero chances. Their mission is to preach, convert or shame. They don’t care at all about you, what you think or what you have to say. However they will happily try to use it to their advantage; it’s their job and they’re good at it.

Eh, it’s not at all surprising, given where he’s coming from. The man has been married for 27 years with multiple kids and a religious lifestyle. He starts with the premise “The goal of the game — a loving and durable marriage, producing happy and successful children” and goes from there.
That’s all you really need to know. He is in deep and accepting MGTOW would be absolutely devastating to his life. I can’t blame him for that. Like all trad-cons, he sees that his lifestyle is falling apart, his kids are not close to guaranteed the life he wants for them. He’s fighting against it in what he thinks his right.
