In this situation a man is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. If he continues to have sex with her her hamster wheel will tell her that it’s OK and that the guy has accepted her weight and maybe even finds it sexy. So she will rationalize that her current weight is OK and green light herself to put on even more weight. Not having sex with her because she is fat makes the guy the arsehole for not excepting her as she is and even contributing to her lack of self esteem. It also paints him as a cad who only wants her for sex.
The only way to avoid this trap is to avoid any type of a relationship with women.

Agreed. It is interesting how one good thing follows another. I have started changing my diet too. Kinda comes naturally when you are exercising. Why cancel out the work you have done?

Dropped sodas. Drinking lots of milk and juices instead. Dumped the chips and snacks (except for jerky). Cutting portion size and carbs while increasing proteins.

Being so close to situation, I have watched with great interest a skilled chameleon at work. She went from being bitchy and not overly attractive to fit and so nice. She has showered him with sex, home cooking and compliments. He has responded with gifts, trips and has moved in with her with promise of marriage and a new expensive home.

I am hoping he proposes soon so I can get the popcorn ready for the inevitable start of main event: The schit show called marriage.

Before I knew it, got through entire workout and finished with 8 minutes on treadmill.

Hell yeah man. I came down with a cold after my 14.8 mile run Sunday. Probably caught it atvtue family gathering with in laws and kids running around… Im the only unmarried, no kids male. LOL.
