Since giving my ex-GF the boot, my energy levels have gone up dramatically. It makes me realize how much she was sucking the life out of me.

Anyway, after getting out of military and living with the parasite for 6 years, I put on 30+ pounds of non-muscle and my cardio was complete sh1t.

Once she was as gone, I knew that I needed to get back in shape. There is even a paragraph in “The Predatory Female” about this as part of the reprogramming process.

But I was having troubles finding the motivation to start until a trip to Home Depot. Walking to the checkout I saw a guy about 60 with a well-trimmed white beard in prime shape. He walked with a purpose and had a no-fuks-to-give look on his face.

I was like, Damn! I want to be like that guy in 10 years.

As soon as I got home I cleared out my daughter’s old bedroom and moved my weights in there. Ordered a bench and press, plus some more free weights, a workout mat, and new running shoes. Then, with great effort, I moved the treadmill from garage into my new mini-gym.

I am happy to report I have gotten back into a workout routine the past two weeks and feel great!

Not posting to brag (ok, maybe a little) but to recommend to other members.

    “Q. How do I re-program myself?

    A. Condition yourself physically and mentally. Most people look like gunnysacks full of doorknobs. This is partially due to heavy doses of dependency on predatory females. Work out every day and get yourself into good physical shape. Take up a sport and start running. Do what predatory females have done for thousands of years—concentrate completely on yourself. Rid your mind of the garbage dumped into it by the matriarchal society. Occupy it instead with good books, films, and a hobby that benefits you, that you enjoy.”

    One other thought on this…

In our team we have a single mom in acquisition mode working hard to lock down her fat-wallet simp boyfriend. He has recently moved in with her from out of state after accepting new job.

During a team lunch she was talking about how she is cooking for him every night.

I said, “You are going make him fat.”

Her response, “Good! That way no other women will want to fnck him.”

Thats locked on sir. Highly moto.

spend an hour everyday, zoned out in your own world inside that room or out walking/jogging.

you skip a day or two here or there, no prob_ zone out again

youre not in the mood? no problem, do twenty push ups and call it a day.

I got serious about 14 months ago and lost a lot of weight and can Run really far now. Im still improving too

The thing that helps me keep doing it, is I love listening to TOOL when Im running

Soon you will look like that trim dude you saw. That will be you.

whatever spark that ignited this change in you, keep it going! its like a psychic change wave you can ride for months, even years. Once youre broke-in on the new habit…smooth sailing to the New You.

It all started for me one day 14 months ago when I got P1s5ed off about some woman that wouldnt fvck me.

It wasn’t even about her, I had just had enough of IT ALL. Especially tired of women and their bullshi7. I quit dipping Copenhagen on the spot and starting Training daily.

Now Im a better runnner at 33, than the day I got out of MCRD San Diego 14 years ago!

whatever is fuelling it, keep the momentum.
f7ck yes. Im gonna run 15 miles in the morning.

Fnck man. Good for you! Most I have done is 6 miles. Have done some 15 mile ruck marches with 80 pounds though.

Don’t see myself kicking the Cope to the curb anytime soon (picked up that vice while deployed), but I did throw away all my soda and energy drinks.

Been running and it’s awesome. I’ve been using a running app to track my progress. Good stuff!

Awesome. Once I get my run times up and start running outside, I will likely do the same. Running is best way to burn the fat off.

    8 months ago, I was running 10 min miles… and could not run a full 10K (6miles).

Just keep it simple, jog/walk/marches, lil 5Ks. Gradually you end up going further, faster, without even trying.

I just weighed myself, Im still 212lbs. LOL. But I run a HM 13.1 in 2 hours and 10 mins no problem.

I like riding my gravel bike but its too cold bro. lol

What kind of Headphones do you use? My last pair rattled too much when running.

Purging the women from your home and life really does free you up to assess yourself and seek improvement.

Every time I was at the end of a relationship, the exercise came naturally.

Every time I started a new one, I never had the time or motivation to work on myself.

Inspiring post, I make sure to lift weights an hour a day which keeps me fit.
After a few months of effort I finally was able to eat less daily but eat healthy to stay slim and fit.

Its all about making a strong daily habit to eat right and workout. Rain or shine we must stick to eating right and workout daily. Health is wealth.

Stay fit and happy, enjoy going your way.

I’m in a similar season of rehab currently. I’ve always been high on motivation but this time think I’m getting older and trying to force myself to “care more”. Also now that I’m taking care of the basics financially, I can coast and still survive; so trying to trick myself into the right reasons to stay motivated.

After ending things with the last gf I had an anxious week as the poison drained from my veins. I started an online dating profile in secret, to see if the trash pool of women as a population has gotten better. And guess what? They haven’t. It’s like horror theater. Then like you, I began to realize all the free time I had, the lapses in keeping my s~~~ together, so I started to focus on me.

    Things I’ve done:
-Forked out $400 for proper business suit. This one looks and fits almost perfect.
-Updated my resumé and sending it out, fishing for even better positions.
-Like you, organizing my space. My ex gf stopped by to pick something up commented how clean my room looks and why was I suddenly dressing so well—who was I trying to impress?
-Still working on resetting my internal rhythms. My goal is to be in bed by 8pm, up at 6am.

I had sex yesterday. Kind of unexpected but I chose to. I’ve grown increasingly uninterested in sex over the past few years, and this time was no different—not something I need or want, and was good to be reminded of that. All that initial anxt—gone.

I went out to a dance club last night, one of my preferred forms of cardio which I’ve not done in a long time. My observations of “the scene” are clearer with red pill glasses and a few more years under my belt. Met a girl there that I know so I had someone to dance with, and she wanted me to fnck her out by the dumpsters afterward. That would have been two in one day but I told her I’d have to pass, even with her fishnet ass in my hand. Both women were pretty and had basic hygiene issues. Got to bed at 2am and decided late nights will have to be a rare occurence, I’d rather go on a walk daily or lift weights, or write that screenplay.

Thinking of ordering an eliptical machine for the winters since running is an environmental challenge in those months. I’m off now to clean out that garage.
