In all honesty, even a P.O. box is disclosing too much information. At the very least, you’re giving away the town you live in, and with the things one can do with the internet to find people, it’s not much more effort to find your exact location from there. Hell, cupcake could even sit outside the post office one day waiting for you to pick up your mail if she was really interested in tracking you down (and from your description, she certainly seems to be the type who would do something like that, since she’s having a hard time letting go, or a hard time accepting the fact that you have clearly moved on without her).

If you don’t want anything to do with these people, have a third party pass on something for you. You left to get away from these people, so the last thing you want to do is give them your whereabouts. Besides, she’s cupcake’s best friend, so she would stab you in the back in the blink of an eye. Absolutely no reason to keep communicating with these people.

Don’t accept anything from her anymore you are done with her for a reason. Cut her and anyone else out of your life that will not respect your decision to completely ghost her and never hear from her again.

If that includes family members so be it you have to take control of the situation and let them know under no circumstances is she to ever contact you again. Let them also know that if they break this rule there will be consequences for this betrayal.

If you value your sanity and future break things off with anything that could be considered her “partner in crime”. I recommend losing all your friends in common and starting over. Chalk it up to experience but this is getting to be some stalking s~~~. At least that’s what you fear. You shouldn’t have to fear that.

If the path of least resistance to the money and other resources is through the mail and to your wallet, then this is the path that will be chosen.

right now, this is the path that’s being pursued because this is the path of least resistance. There are only two outcomes here.

1) Cupcake progresses to the end of the path and into your wallet, where she, her partner in crime and other hive advisors will have a f~~~ing free-for-all of larceny and revenge against you for ever questioning her entitlement to it in the first place. Whatever her partner in crime wants to send to you is not a gift. It’s just plantation-bait designed to get you to announce your location for easier targeting.

2) You add enough obstacles, consequences and resistance to that path to make the path to some other man’s wallet the path of least resistance. PO Boxes, name changes, restraining orders, publicly shaming them on social media for being a stalker… Basically, whatever you have to do to harden up the path to your wallet and resources.

If you think there’s a 3rd option that I have overlooked, please share it here and enlighten me. Otherwise, make your choice from the two above and proceed accordingly. 🙂
