I understand the position you are in of getting the weight off fast. The others have already placed the warnings and risks. Keeping your kidneys flushed with the water will help.

If you have the money, I might try a diet liquid replacement meal every few days in your fast. Something like slimfast protein drink. The pre made drinks are something like 6oz and will just be a little protein protection a guy needs.

    1. i wouldnt take supplements unless medically advised. food naturally have enough nutrients and stuff.

    2. exercise can be as simple as walking a bit more. as long as you’re trying your best to get some activity, you’re on a good path exercise-wise.

    3. fasting can be dangerous. unless you’ve done it recently with good results or done a lot of research, you can hurt yourself from lack of essential nutrients, energy, and etc. your injuries and pains might get worse.

Don’t call it “water-fasting”… everyone thinks you are going without water which is insanity. What you were describing is plain old fasting. Taking all those supplements is pointless. Also, starving yourself is pointless.

You need to go Keto (no carbs, very few at least) and WALK at least 1-3 miles per day (more if you can manage).

I realize this is an old post…

Careful… Remember, you only have one meat suit and there are no respawns.

Be better to alter your food intake for the future. If you are over 30 you don’t need to eat as much as an 18 year old who is still explosively growing. Plus you save money. Always a bonus.

Chop refined sugar out of your diet.
    Reduce refined carbohydrates intake.

Yes I still have a snickers once a week, but its a treat.

Most people don’t realize that refined food nowadays is designed to be metabolized easily.

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

Take out sugar…Then try to avoid processed food…If you want to have a sturdy body, you need good materials to build it with and not junk…Its not always about the weight, change of lifestyle is needed…

Late to the party, but look into a form of Eastern arts.

Obiously with your extra weight, bad knees and back that only leaves the softer arts.

Something as simple as Thai Chi, Yoga or whatever the f~~~ you can do that will start you on the road to recovery will hopefully do more for your bodies will and function to shed some weight, and get some movement through it.

I’m no diet expert, but if I was in your shoes I’d be having 2 x 16 ounce serves of juice a day, 3 if you need another. Something like this..

    Bag of carrots,
    1 x Apple,
    1 x Beet,
    Ginger.

Keep fighting, the body can endure alot
