Snip, Snip "cutting your cords"

So it’s been two weeks. Incisions looking good. FYI they cut in different spots to do the work since they both hang at different lengths. Anyway the one side was rubbing, had to take an extra two days off last week to let the incision heal and dry out. Pain is less. Some muscle pain when I release but gets better over time.

Question: I have the two b~~~~…du but now I can feel two smaller b~~~~. I assume they are the cut ends of the tubes. Should I expect them to just stay that way or get smaller or softer? Posting this so my fellow MGTOW know what to expect.
