Slimy C~~~ Tries Taking My Weekend Job

Hows it going guys.

I work one or two nights a week, mostly weekends, at a dive bar as a bouncer. Worked there for 3 years on and off. Know all the locals, get on with them very well etc, everyone knows me. Originally worked for this bar via a security company before it liquidated (to avoid paying tax, the wankers) and now I work for them in house, like Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse. (He’s much better looking than me tho lol.)

I work for them in house now as the MALE manager there has known me for years and calls me up a year ago asking if I want to keep working there. I said yeh. And I get paid cash in hand now, which is great. But now the guy has left, due to constantly having to deal with the female day shift manager and all the other c~~~s bulls~~~ that work there.

One of the female bar staff is now the night manager, 24, a total slut, thick as s~~~, and ive noticed that we used to have quite a few male bar staff, now there is only one guy, and me, the bouncer. The rest are all women.

Recently, this ugly f~~~ing troll of a bitch from the ex security company i used to work for starts turning up to the bar i work at out of the blue, giving me a s~~~ eating grin as she walks through the door, goes to talk with the manager, then leaves.

Well well well, i find out this f~~~ing c~~~ has been trying to take my job, and was f~~~ing given it before i was even told. I was pulled into the kitchen last Sat night by this c~~~ manager and told that she was going to ‘let me go’ because this other bitch would be ‘better suited’ and doesn’t have a broken hand, etc etc. Basically all bulls~~~ because they are all drinking and c~~~ carousel buddies. She wants an all female crew.

I rely on this paltry income to make my life that somewhat bearable as i have been out of full time employment for a long time now. (Looking for a full time job everyday by the way). The fact that this whore gave my job away to this f~~~ing loser without considering the impact it would have on me and not even consulting with me first tells you all you need to know about women.

I was f~~~ed off and told the her “what the f~~~ use will she be to this bar? Shes the size of a gnome and i can do more with a broken hand than she ever could. I’ve worked here for 3 f~~~ing years and this is the gratitude you show me? By f~~~ing me over behind my back soon as Daniel leaves?” She acted like she was asking my permission to give my job to this f~~~ing t~~~, yet she’d already given my job to her! And like f~~~ i was gunna give my job to this c~~~ in the first place.

I called the day shift manager and owner in rage, saying it was bulls~~~, and they said they had no knowledge about any of it and would talk to this bitch and i wasnt going to lose my job. The next day i get a txt saying “can you work friday and saturday?” so i txt yes.

Now because of this new c~~~ manager, shes created a rift and unnecessary drama all because sh wants her mate to take my place. And i don’t particularly feel like working for this s~~~ hole place anymore now.

Heres the kicker-the bitch trying to take my job is on welfare already, as shes always been, so she gets a s~~~ load of money a week AND she wants to take a job from a bloke (me) who cant get the dole because im not a resident, and its my only income at the moment.

F~~~ women. No morals, no nothing. I’ve a good mind to c~~~ punt this f~~~ing bitch onto a spike if i ever see her rat looking face again. Conniving piece of s~~~.

I kept my cool over the phone, but this s~~~ has ruined things for me now. I would have taken off my work top, thrown it in her face and never came back if i wasn’t desperate for the money.

I put my f~~~ing neck on the line every weekend there working alone with no backup. Whats a 5 foot 5 woman going to do when theres some serious trouble to deal with? Thats of course if it occurs and it will at some point.

This is what makes me laugh about women and the feminist world today. This bitch thinks shes bullet proof because vagina. And because vagina, guys wont touch her, hit her, resist, and will gladly let her escort them out of the building without any objections. It’s risky enough me working there alone, but having a female bouncer there on her own is ridiculous.

Not to mention, female punters are usually the worse. Some big fat dike would own her ass on the spot, even tho shes a butch dike looking midget herself.

So this establishment is making the illogical choice of replacing the steel guardrails with sheets of Styrofoam?

If I walked into an establishment with guardrails protecting me and my company from the dangerous unpredictable cliffs I would leave.

Another so called establishment is converted to an estrogen saturated hive, where they not only endanger the help (car vs MACK F~~~ING TRUCK!) but also endanger the customers after the MACK F~~~ING TRUCK runs over the little girl.

Can you skip the managers and go directly to the owner of the place you work in…. and notify him/her of this issue (I hope its a him)?

In case you do, be sure to prepare a good verbal resume about why you should not be replaced…. be as professional and reasonable as possible. They just want their business to flourish….and they will acknowledge anyone who helps them flourish it.

I know it because the last ‘company’ I worked at, the manager never hired me; so I went directly to the chairman (was a bit difficult but I managed it…..a street-side interview beside his car) and explained what I CAN do and how he’ll benefit if he ordered the manager to hire me. I got the job like a piece of cake.

Silly me, should have realised shed be backed up by manginas and white knights. We have party buses on the weekends and the bus staff are mostly men, because theres no way in hell female staff would/could control a party bus full of drunk knob heads. I’m sure they’d jump in to help her. But theres you answer. Whats the point in hiring a female to do a mans job when at the end of the day she will need constant male backup?

Called the owner, luckily its a bloke, and said what i had to say, you know me, i wouldn’t have lasted 3 years if i was a c~~~ and a useless piece of s~~~, are you going to stand by and let some two bit punk bitch out me out of my job? Of course i didnt say it exactly like this, was polite, tactful, etc. The thing is i have only spoken to the guy a few time over the years. I just deal directly with the managers.

What has worked in my favour tho is the day shift manager has always clashed with the night manager and they have never gotten on, doesn’t matter who it is.

I’ve lasted at the bar because of my outstanding work ethic and dedication to that one bar only. I’ll be damned if im giving up all the hard work i put in for that sneaky ugly c~~~.

I will leave on my own f~~~ing terms, unless of course ive done something wrong, but not for this bitch.

I think people who do this kind of s~~~ to other people deserve the worst, I really do, especially in these god awful economic times. It sucks to be so desperate to really, really need the money from this crap thankless job, but its all I have at the moment.

I’ve lasted 3 years because i was RELIABLE. When two guards were supposed to be on back when i worked for the security company, only I’d show up, the other guy was ‘sick’ and i’d have to work on my own and just deal with it. They usually never had enough staff to cover the t~~~ who never showed up. So id have to rely on a few biker dude locals to have my back if s~~~ went down.

Theres no way in f~~~ing hell I could drag out a guy twice my size, it just aint happening, especially when his 20 mates are ready to kick your head in as well. So i always ended up in a violent scrap with the locals for back up and they’d leave in fear of someone calling the cops. Thats what i had to deal with years ago.

Now, the bar is mostly dead when the party buses f~~~ off, and i usually play pool with one of the old geezers there until the bar closes. Not to mention ive always brought in all their table and chairs, the bar signs, and helped them set up all the chairs and tables inside for the day staff the next day.

Security is like being a dish washer at some e-coli infested side street Chinese restaurant, no one gives a flying f~~~ about you and it will always be a dead end job.

I would advise you to work extra hard….put in some effort.

If you have regular customers who are good with you….you can use them to your advantage. You could ask them to get a word out.. a customer is God to a business…. MNCs pay top dollar just to know the preferences of customers. Their opinion will be highly acknowledged by EVERYBODY…

Do it well enough and you’ll have the last laugh. Men can do much better than women. Men also don’t get periods. We don’t need maternity leaves.

I have worked ‘extra hard’ over the years. I have earned my place there ten fold. When I decide to leave is when they can employ whoever the f~~~ they want in replacement of me.

Of course they can fire me at any point and i cant do anything about it, but my point being im not losing my job to some C~~~.

Hey Solomon. I live in post earthquake Christchurch, New Zealand. (I’m English, on a visa with a son here). Most places here are now rubble, and jobs are scarce. I’d love a job at a privately owned bookstore or something, just something low key as f~~~ and away from all the wankers of society. Security is just something i fell into, work was easy to come by and i loved working on my own. Since the quake, its become a cemetery with lights.

Even if you fight to keep the job from what i read above consider taking any job as soon as possible and leaving. I was in similar situation and it takes a toll you only realize once you are out. All the people there showed you they are reptiles willing to f~~~ you over so even if you win you gain nothing. This is the kind of toxic setup i left and swore to avoid like plague.

Mate I’m with you all the way on that one. I apply for other jobs every day. I even harass the companies by turning up and asking for an update/can i get an interview please…to show i’m keen. Nothing works. Not even McDonalds have gotten back to me despite me going there 6 times in one week to annoy them so much that they eventually give me a job. All they keep saying is (some 23 year old manager t~~~) “dude…we are still going through all the application forms”. Really? Your staff turn over is high as f~~~, just employ me you f~~~ing time waster. You have a WE ARE HIRING NOW poster thats been put up 3 f~~~ing weeks after i applied for a job. Why aren’t i at the top of the list???? Why no call/email/communication?

Do i have to suck someones f~~~ing dick or lick a big fat hairy muff to get a job? What does it take?
