I don’t know how old you are but if you don’t have a F~~~-YOU! fund you should consider starting one.

A F~~~-You fund is a bucket-o-money that you save, about 3-6 months of bare bones living expenses.

This allows you to tell an employer to go f~~~ themselves.
I have such a fund and recently I told an employer to go f~~~ herself. It was awesome.

Good advice I have one, I would say try to save ennough for 12 months if you can (not easy I know) it may be different in America but in UK finding another job often takes a long time even with lots of experience and success behind you.

On job hunting always tailor your cv to the advert and never put in anything that make s you look too experienced for the job.

Again good advice it takes a hell of a lot to stay calm in such situations (and they will try to rile you) even for the old and hardened.

It depends on how far you’re willing to go. If you’re willing to fight it all the way, willing to leave if you have to, then go for it. If you wanna keep your job then probably just say nothing. And also think about how you can not be shown up by this bitch again, i.e. learn some Machiavellian tactics.

lol, it’s an art form.

I put the behaviour that I wanted them to engage in, in quotes and then removed it a second time and talked about a completely unrelated subject and planted the suggestion when all of the hive were present. From recollection the suggestion was something along the lines of “everyone should complain about that person”, while I just accidentally on purpose pointed towards the bosses office. hahahaha. They had no idea I put the suggestion there. Derren Brown is a master of it and does it all the time.
