Idiot? Yes. But I was one too.

When you find yourself in the majority, it's time to reflect.

Either way he is f~~~ed … and why? Because he is a braindead dumbs~~~ who believed the lie. Swallow the red pill early and often, gents … if he had he wouldn’t be f~~~ed right now.

Women want to try and sucker men into proposing over the Holidays / New Years / Feb 14th because if you give her an engagement ring on those days, it qualified as a “gift” – so it belongs to HER.

BUT if you give it to her any other time….. it’s HIS RING that HE ALLOWS HER TO WEAR.

He can take it back any time he wants.
He can cancel his plans any time he wants.
And he can kick the c~~~ out of his life any time he wants.

She doesn’t have the receipt. HE does. He “purchased it for himself” and only permits her to wear it. Work that angle and be creative. Try to “think like a woman” and beat her at her own game.

The fact that she witnessed this, ALLOWS it, and let’s him scramble for money while wearing the ring which put him in to debt ……. is the BEST REASON TO KICK THAT C~~~ OUT OF HIS LIFE. She should have pulled it off her own finger and given it back to him saying “I dont’ need this”.

If a woman accepts an engagement ring from you, dump that selfish bitch like an anchor.

Men should start using engagement rings like woman use “s~~~ tests”… if she accepts it and doesn’t insist it’s better spent (or saved) another way, tell her the wedding is off, take it back for a refund, tell the jeweler she said “no” and go buy yourself the best damn steak dinner you ever had. You just saved yourself a MOUNTAIN of s~~~.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

You should congratulate the guy. Tell him if the girl is already like that before marriage, what happen after marriage? He will be stuck in hell.

And let him know how much divorce legal fee cost for him and the girl because in some country the man have to pay her wife fee too. Alimony, child support.

No he is not toast, he is cleanse by fire and does not stay too long in the fire to melt.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

you are expected to pay full retail for that used up pussy

Even worse if they run up debt. I’d consider full retail the price of the pussy from the time you met her forward…when you have to pay for her past too…more than full retail lol.

A fool and his money… were lucky to get together in the first place.

Harsh as it sounds, if he paid attention and learned the lesson that is crystal clear to everyone here, then I’ll agree he got off relatively cheap. If he didn’t learn, he can spend a few more years saving up some more money, and there will be another one just like her to do it to him all over again.

Education is expensive, but compared to ignorance, it’s dirt cheap…

As for that low life parasite he tried to marry, she won’t give the ring back because to her, it’s a trophy. She’ll keep it for a while and brag about having been attractive and believable enough to inspire that poor slob to buy it for her. But eventually, she’ll take it to a pawn shop and end up getting about 15% of what he paid for it.

There are no words harsh enough for what she is…

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you

She suddenly has no desire to be married to an “indebted loser,” is calling everything off, and is refusing to return the ring.

    He should SUE HER IMMEDIATELY!

She in in breech of a verbal contract for marriage. He needs to sue her immediately for the return of the ring, depreciation on the ring (he will not get his full money back for it), interest he has paid on the loan for the ring, all his legal fees, and compensation for mental cruelty and breach of contract.

    From everything I have read

    Written by women, not lawyers.

I doubt he has recourse on the ring.

He does. It’s not her ring until she says, “I do.” It’s still his. It is NOT a “gift to her”.

It is effectively legally considered a trade for the agreement to be engaged,

Wrong. Women would like men to think that, but it’s untrue. And all he has to do is tell the judge his LOAN of the ring to her was a good faith symbol of her verbal agreement for MARRIAGE, not mere engagement for an unspecified so-called “reasonable” length of time.

which she technically fulfilled for a reasonable time and now can change her mind.

But not if she wants to keep HIS ring.

He has very little chance of getting it back, and even if he partially could it would be way to late for him financially.

I think he does, actually. When she gets served and sees everything she in in breech of and being sued for, she’ll be begging to settle out of court and give it back to him.

The man dodged a bullet. Better to blow a couple thousand on a ring than a lifetime of millions supporting her aging raisin ass.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

I hope sidecar is correct here, and I hope he makes life hell for that little parasite. But my guess is that she’ll find a way to weasel out of any consequences

Which is why you make the consequences as harsh as humanly possible. Technically, she was guilty of grand theft the moment she refused to return HIS ring. If necessary to put a little more pressure on her, go to the police and swear out a warrant.

This sort of s~~~ should not be tolerated from women under any circumstances. Women will try to say “let it go” or “it’s only a ring” or any amount of complete bulls~~~ that lets them keep men’s property. Women will call men who try to get their property back “assholes” or “jerks” or “mean spirited” and all manner of shaming language. Ignore all that. They do that s~~~ because legally and morally they are fully in the wrong here. The fact of the matter is that women who try to keep men’s engagement rings are contract violators and thieves and that’s the end of it. Treat them as such.

    NO PUSSY PASS! EVER!

He will probably get the ring back.

The ring is a “conditional gift”.

In recent years courts have almost always held that the ring goes back to the buyer, no matter the circumstances. The premise is that the engagement ring is a conditional gift — the condition being that a marriage take place. And if it does not, the agreement is rendered null and void. Furthermore, courts have ruled that it does not matter who broke the engagement, the donor or the recipient.

And that, gentlemen, is exactly why one should never under any circumstances purchase an engagement ring.

We do have to admit the De Beers cartel has foisted quite the scam. Women are greedy slime.
