When I do not answer her she sits herself on the console of my vehicle facing me and raises a clenched fist and says, “I ought to beat your ass!”

That is the moment when you should have called the police. Up until this point you were doing relatively well. Not flawlessly, but well enough. But this is where you started to make mistakes.

Next time just remind the girl she’s a “strong independent” woman and hang up.

Their is a special word for women like that and that word is annoying violent thunderc~~~. You should wear a solid iron condom if you get within 100 feet of her.

A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!

Well done sir….. every man that walks away from a position as slave like this does a service to all men…… one day they’ll learn that they weren’t put on this Earth to be our masters…

It’s such a bizzare relationship though, not only is the slave expected to toil and work for the Master at any time but also PAY the master’s expenses…..

    Great story…………..

    Well done mate.

Every MGTOW is armed with a “NO” cannon and that beast never runs outta ammo.

    – come get me? NO
    – take me to the store for a new tyre? NO
    – pay for it? NO

Good Anecdote, but it may not be over yet. She showed her true nature, but once the hamster gets turning she could concoct any kind of story to call the cops with over your “threat”.

Don’t take me wrong, I totally understand your escalation even if it was to call her on her s~~~.

I’m in the same boat as Sidecar on this one, you did some things right and somethings that you won’t want to do again. I still look at everything like I did as a First Sergeant, especially when I see the After Action Report. You didn’t die; but with a change in attitude, knowledge, and behavior you won’t wind up anywhere near that kind of situation again.

    Single Mom, No!
Late night call for you ride in on a white horse and save her, No!
    Shaming speech, NO!
Threat of violence, not no but hell no!

Her needs were irrelevant because she’s an adult. IF you ever speak to her again you can remind her that the real man she challenged you with could have changed their own tire. She’s not qualified to make that determination because she allowed herself to be helpless, and the ever important she has no testicles.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

I’ve had chicks pull the blown tire routine on me. There’s no way that goes down that you don’t end up getting f~~~ed over. It’s a good idea at the beginning of a relationship to let a woman know that you aren’t a knight in shining armor and you aren’t ever going to suit up and sally forth to do battle on her behalf… that’s what bouncers and cops and AAA are for.

And if she finds herself in a tight spot and really puts the bite on you for some support, to buy something or pay some bills for her, you just tell her “Hey, whomever it is you’re planning to be f~~~ing after me, if you aren’t already, give him a call and tell him it’s his moment to shine. Maybe he’d be willing to buy you a new tire in exchange for a shot at your ass. Good luck!”

Well done sir! I agree with some of the other posters about threatening violence or touching a woman in the manner that you did. Actions like that can be used against you and it’s not beyond a woman to be vindictive and spiteful and take it the next step.
    Nevertheless, still a great story.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

There’s no way that goes down that you don’t end up getting f~~~ed over.

I know of one way. I’ve done it myself.

Long story short, instead of driving out and changing her tire for her, I drove out and taught her to change her tire herself. Because every motorist needs to know how to change a tire herself. It’s a critical driving skill. I didn’t want her to be stranded some day in a cell phone dead zone with nobody available to help her.

So I stood there for almost two hours gallantly holding an umbrella over her while instructing her: “Now you place the jack under the point indicated in the manual. Now jack up the vehicle to take the weight off the tire, but don’t completely lift it off the pavement. Now pry off the hubcap with the end of the lug wrench. Now loosen each lugnut in an alternating pattern. They’re not coming loose? Yeah, those tire shops get a little too enthusiastic torquing them on; they have no consideration for anyone who gets a flat. That’s why you need a spider wrench instead of that short piece of crap that came with your car because car makers are all cheap ass skinflints. Or keep a long length of pipe. Here, use mine for now, and I’ll show you where you can buy one tomorrow.” And so on.

At the end of two hours she was a complete mess, but at least she now knew how to prepare for her next flat. Better yet she was feeling totally capable and empowered, which she demonstrated to me in a very entertaining manner after I followed her home to make certain she didn’t have any more trouble with the crappy little donut that came with her car. Nothing jacks a woman up (pun fully intended) more than actually feeling capable (as opposed to merely pretending to be capable).

Good on you for doing that. In my experience, a woman who is willing to become powerful herself under the guidance of a man is almost as rare as a unicorn. What city were you in when this happened?

Unfortunately, I can guarantee you that none of the three times I’ve been called out to perform a rescue extraction would any of those women been willing to sit out in the rain for two hours struggling with a flat tire while I stood there and mansplained how to change it. They would have just waited until the other two guys they called simultaneously to show up and had the biggest white knight do the job for them.

Well here’s the thing about that: if she had been a harpy I would have simply gotten back into my truck and left. She knew exactly what her options were. She was a little p~~~ed at first that I wasn’t going to change it for her, but when I framed it that she might someday find herself completely stranded if she doesn’t know how to change a tire she hushed up and got down to business. Fear is a much stronger emotion than indignation in most women.

I heard later from one of her coworkers that she was absolutely insufferable at work for the rest of the week, bragging about how she made that flat tire her bitch. Well whatever. If a woman wants to be all “strong and independent”, that’s her deal, just so long as she has the skills to back it up.

What city were you in when this happened?

Seattle-ish. Technically it was one of those white bread strip mall bedroom community suburban cities-in-name-only east of Seattle that all blend into each other. F~~~ if I can remember which one.

Unfortunately, I can guarantee you that none of the three times I’ve been called out to perform a rescue extraction would any of those women been willing to sit out in the rain for two hours struggling with a flat tire while I stood there and mansplained how to change it.

I didn’t think it was going to take her almost two hours when we started, and I can guarantee she didn’t either, but once you’re in the middle of a tire change, you just keep going. It wouldn’t have taken nearly as long if she’d been at all prepared. Blowing up her s~~~ty little donut spare “tire” took her for-f~~~ing-ever. She’d have been screwed if I hadn’t had the forethought to bring a bicycle pump. Technically I could have brought an air compressor, which would have been a lot faster, but it’s a lot heavier to load in the truck than a bike pump, and not nearly as educational about regular spare tire inspections.

They would have just waited until the other two guys they called simultaneously to show up and had the biggest white knight do the job for them.

Any woman who plays that game is not worth your time or effort. I’d have packed up and left the moment I learned she’d called someone else as well. Let him play white knight for all the good it does him.

That is EXACTLY what I did the last time that happened.

I learned my lesson about helping women the hard way prior to that… when I went out to rescue a girl on a highway and it turned out she’d bought some crap re-tread tire because she was a cheap piece of s~~~ and when it blew, it went so hard that it took most of her quarter panel off and sheared one of the bolts clean in two. So after I got the spare on for her, I ended up having to ride with her to the cheapie tire place to get a “new” one and they had to change out the bolts but they didn’t have any so we had to go to an auto parts store yadda yadda and I ended up having to donate bone marrow so the baby wouldn’t die right then and there.

Okay, so no baby and no bone marrow but you get the point. So the next time a woman rang up me up with a blown tire sob story, I was still blue pill but I’d started to get wise and when two other guys showed up to help around the same time I did, I just got back in my car and drove away.

    Man….the entitlement…..

Here’s how I personally would have handled the situation if my tire went flat:
    1) Try AAA
    2) If no AAA, call a close friend
    3) Pay for not only the tire, but also buy the friend a nice meal and up to $100 for something in the store
    4) Be profusely grateful for the aid.

Wow she was pretty b~~~~y expecting you to pay for the tire. I have heard of s~~~ like that from guys married for years or dating someone long term…….not something like this from a guy that barely started dating a woman. And then for her to escalate it to threats of violence in a few minutes is priceless. Your reaction was great…..bet she never expected that one. However, I bet that based on how she acted that she had pulled this s~~~ on someone before.

Congrats on standing your ground and not hesitating. I think most guys would have stumbled on this one and given in at least a little. Did she ever contact you after this? If so did she try to sucker you into coming back for more?

I just got back in my car and drove away.

Good man. You did exactly the correct thing.

Unless you wanted to make popcorn and hang around to watch the two white knights fight over her. That’s also amusing.

Was there any amusing aftermath the next day?

You could also just learn how to change a tire. It’s not difficult if you’re prepared. Even women can do it.

This is SO typical of the world we are in. Nice job dodging the bullet, but this won’t be the last time the psycho comes out.

Not to overtake your thread (I’m glad you posted!), but I had a similar experience last week.

Reconnected with an a gal from high school. She’s a few years younger than me, very fit and attractive, but I knew she was kinda crazy. We talked a bit and things seemed to be going well. I invite her over to my place for a drink. We’re having a drink, talking and having a good conversation (a rare thing), when her phone rings. “Supposedly” it’s her dad and and her mom’s in the hospital, blah blah blah. Too many red flags from what she was saying and the timing seemed very strange–it was very canned. Long story short. SHE WAS AT MY PLACE FOR 15 MINUTES AND HIT ME UP FOR $150.00. Do you believe that s~~~??? Now I’m all for helping a friend, but a friend that I trust and value. I declined to finance her and she was GONE–not to be heard from again. It’s time for an overhaul–femaliens are simply not worth the time, effort, or risk.

35 or so years a go I was with a girlfriend when her tire went flat. I showed her how to change it rather than changing it myself. I haven’t seen her now in a couple of decades.
Last year she thanked me. She got stuck on the side of the road at and had no cell signal. She was able to change it and get back on the road safely.
Hell, I just didn’t feel like changing it! Hahaha! Girl power!

Update: This occurred in Scottsdale, AZ by the way. Since, I have heard from her once from a different phone number than she has because I blocked all of her numbers etc. on my phone. I told her that I do not associate with psychopaths and hung up on her.

Looking back on it now I will agree with some of you that I should have done a better job of keeping my cool. As I said I have always had that “You never physically fight with a woman, ever” meme drilled into me from birth. I have also had to eat s~~~ from just about every woman I have known since birth as well. Something in me just snapped I guess. When you get to be my age, your patience for eating s~~~ from people wears very thin. I have never in my life had a woman be so brazen with threatening me with violence. I am an ex Navy Seal (Team 2: 1987-1995) so I guess I have never had one that damn dumb until now. BTW, I have also been passed over for Chads too! And I’m not exactly a pussy. Women just mistake kindness for weakness. So if that happens to any of you guys out there, remember that.

Yes, she could have called the cops, but it was her word against mine. The police here in AZ aren’t a bunch of liberal pussies and since I was the one who was helping her I doubt much would have happened, but you never know I guess. Next time something like this happens, I will have no time to help and just hang up.
