Years ago I had to attend an 8 hour sexual harassment course downtown. A buddy from my workplace was there as well. At lunch we trekked way across downtown and had lunch with a couple of beers. We came back to the building, waiting for the elevator with us is an old 90 year old looking woman talking to a gay guy about the ancient Wang computer system they used to have. Elevator came, we all got on and the f~~~ing old lady exclaims, “Just what can you do with an old Wang?”. Awww f~~~!! I couldn’t look at my buddy because I ABSOLUTELY KNEW we would both die laughing. I quickly started pushing elevator buttons to get off on the soonest possible floor. Doors opened and my buddy and I got off. As soon as the doors closed again we f~~~ing died laughing.

Sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion training are precursors to the liberal insanity we have now.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

“Sexual Harassment in the workplace will never be an issue as long as you REFUSE to speak to a woman at work about anything other than work.” Then I looked back at her and everyone and repeated it…. “So never speak to women at work about anything other than work. Ever. OK? You can go now , and now we can all get back to work. “.

    Holy s~~~ on f~~~ing point!

    Travis3000-

Agree with you on all points.

I work in a snake pit filled with gynocentric ladies, managers, and HR people.

Over the years, I’ve adopted the following strategy:
    – Silence is golden. Learn to be quiet.
    – Never criticize a lady openly.
    – Don’t complain.
    – Learn to be invisible.
    – When at work, talk about work.
    – Never tell jokes to a woman.
    – Never compliment a woman’s appearance.
    – Never stare at a woman.
    – Never date a coworker.
    – Never see a coworker socially outside work.
    – In my opinion, the corporate work environment is similar to a battlefield. Keep your wits about you.
    – All a woman has to do is to go to HR and say she is uncomfortable and then you are screwed.

I tell my coworkers I’m asexual. That and I keep to my work and don’t bother talking to anyone. Not that I’m anti social but I just don’t want to talk to people and if I talk for more than an hour my throat begins to get sore. So as far as my coworkers are concerned I’m the asexual silent type. It’s been working just fine.

No one knows the true worth of a man.

Second: A look can be considered harassment. Not kidding.

Yep and here’s what’s crazy, i was told this as part of my training too, but it’s the girls who approach me and ask why i’m so quiet, it’s the girls who stare at me trying to get my attention, i never look at them or initiate any conversation with them. And infact HR herself is the bitch at work that won’t leave me alone.

So we’re told we’re not allowed to interact with women in any way, shape, or form, but when we ignore them, they’re allowed to spread rumors that we’re gay, or that we’re anti-woman, or that we must have a shyboy crush on them … and they wonder why young men are checking out of society for video games and virtual reality.

Take a page out of Japans playbook, when everything is rigged against guys, they eventually walk away.

I have one such session coming up, A yearly thing.ts called prevention of sexual harassment, and i have been looking for pointers through this thread.
So far i have come to conclusion, Silence is golden. Just sit through the damm sessions and that will be the end.

Any inputs will greatly help. because I have that itch to shatter their world, like Key master did way back in his days. Only now its not that easy anymore.
