Sexual Harrasment Training At My Place Of Employment

Greetings gentlemen. Today I was privileged to sit through a lecture about “sexual harassment.” I work at a large facility that has several hundred employees and is one of many hubs of a Fortune 500 company. So an attorney from the corporate office located in a distant land came and opened our eyes to many things.

First: Literally anything can be sexual harassment. Not kidding. All it takes is someone saying that they are frightened, threatened, or offended. Seriously. It’s all about how something is “perceived.” The “perception” doesn’t even need to be remotely accurate. I could say that my friend named “Peter” is very excited. Someone could say that is offensive and I’m in trouble. Never mind that my actual friend named Peter could actually be excited, it doesn’t matter. Someone just thinks that I referred to my man part and BAM! I’m screwed. Seems fair right? Wrong! Oh and someone could just HEAR me say that my friend Peter is excited and then boom! I’m screwed. It’s on my work record now.

Second: A look can be considered harassment. Not kidding. This is an extension of point one. I’ve heard hustlers and pimps call this wreckless eyeballing. But her I am getting told by a corporate shill that I need to keep my face in line.

Third: Even patting someone on the shoulder to get their attention can be harassment and a fireable offence. Not kidding.

Fourth: All of the above mentioned stuff goes through a filter of what a court has said and the opinion of some legal person somewhere AND human resources. That last one is the most scary part. They don’t have any sense.

Fifth: These policies aren’t even followed in the first place. So all someone has to do is complain. Then the accused is screwed. Meanwhile life goes on and the policies aren’t really followed. Seems fair right?

Just like another poster here says: THE ACCUSATION IS THE EVIDENCE. YOU ARE GUILTY BECAUSE SOMEONE SAID SO.

So what are your experiences in this area? Do tell. So that I can learn about what else is out there, so that we all can learn.

Wish I could say this was a surprise to me but it really isn’t. Bad enough that we live in a society where we can’t be trusted with the safety scissors without this insanity taking hold in the work place.

I’ve worked in a mixed sex environment and an all male work environment. In the latter case it was friendly, professional and productive. The former? Toxic. Very toxic. I was glad to be away from that. To me it’s better for our wallets, better for our health to steer clear of that. Being strung up and lynched for happening to look at a woman in the wrong way is insane. I’ll pass thanks.

It is good in a way. It will kill of these PC companies until they are DEAD, after which a new an more masculine workplace can be created. Sure these f~~~heads can fire hard working men, but they will end up with cackling hens who DO NOT GET S~~~ DONE! They are ultimately shooting themselves in the foot and acting as a catalyst to finally be rid of this PC BS.

I use to work in the mines. Down there it is rough and dirty. We say s~~~ like it really is. One time guys asked me, in front of a girl, what I rate her out of 10. I said bluntly 6. She started to pretend to be “offended” by it. I just stood my ground and again said 6.

Way back in 2006(?) A woman who looked like feminist Naomi Wolfe once came to the office building to “lecture” on “sexual harrassment training”…. except she didn’t know who she was dealing with. And I trolled the f~~~ out of her in front of roughly 40 people. I was not the big boss, but I could get away with it at the time, and I was tight with the office manager.

Like a condescending c~~~, she opens with “so . . .. what IS . . .. sexual harassment??”. like she thought this was the first grade. and she was teaching us about traffic lights and crossing the street.

There is nothing worse than a “teacher” who opens a goddam lecture with a f~~~ing question while expecting the class to guess whatever she wants to hear. Because we all know “sexual harassment” is whatever a woman DECIDES it is in the moment.

So I trolled that c~~~, and spoke to everyone. . . .

“Sexual Harassment in the workplace will never be an issue as long as you REFUSE to speak to a woman at work about anything other than work.” Then I looked back at her and everyone and repeated it…. “So never speak to women at work about anything other than work. Ever. OK? You can go now , and now we can all get back to work. “.

She thought she was going to waste company time for 2 hours and flap her gums endlessly.
She was out the door in 5 minutes. Everyone got a huge kick out of it too.

You can insist this is your professional policy and you can say it out loud to anyone – including HR. “I never speak to anyone/women at work about anything other than work. It’s HIGHLY unprofessional.” Anyone who has a problem with that is UNPROFESSIONAL. Make sure you point it out to them.

“So how was your weekend? Do you have a girlfriend?”

“Sorry, I never speak to anyone at work about anything other than work. It’s HIGHLY unprofessional. This is a place of business not a place to chat. So if you don’t mind . . . “

Women asked for it. It’s exactly what they deserve.

There is a tactic that can work well, if you play it right.

If you ever get accused, especially by a woman, play the “I’m gay” card. Swear up and down that you are gay and would never, ever harass a woman. Take it up a notch and say that you feel harassed that a woman accused you, and that you will sue the company for sexual harassment!

It even works if you are married and/or have kids, because then you just say that you are trying to keep your gay life private… and that you are very offended that you were compelled to come out of the closet only because you were accused.

Watch HR apologize up and down to you and scold your accuser.

The “only speaking about work” policy also covers you when they try to get inside your head. Even other guys. You can deflect a LOT of workplace politics with it. Recently this post wall whore was in a meeting with me . . . . and she would ALWAYS comment on my appearance, haircut, shirt, shoes, beard, bag, suntan, whatever. I totally ignored with a dismissive change of topic.

She tried, but she could never generate a comment from us. Even when she showed up with bright orange lipstick one day. We didn’t say anything. It drove her mental. We made a pact never to speak to women, at work about anything other than work. No exceptions.

Turns out she was an emotional basket case prone to outbursts and little tantrums. The big boss even said she was the type to cry “sexual harrassment” after trying generate it. She was canned shortly after. Turned out to be utterly useless.

I go through sexual harassment training about every other month in the Airforce. The current program they call green dot training. Occasionally they will fly in a guest speaker from a college. The last one was a vegan mangina from California. These harassment sessions are not just an hour out of your day, it is an entire day for half the unit. The other half goes the next day. An entire day of productivity lost to propaganda. False accusations by spiteful women are never mentioned and every scenario portrays the man as a creep. Most the guys in the shop are very cynical afterwards and some notice how males are specifically targeted.

I cannot wait to be done with the government so I enrolled in a trade school. Now I am working in a male dominated field in energy in a remote part of the country.

The biggest harassers are always women, but they never get punished. It’s just another method to make men second class citizens and arbitrarily enforce something stupid. This was the same bulls~~~ ploy pulled in the 70s and prior (although in isolated occurrences was happening up until widespread smartphone camera usage several years ago) to minorities and the poor. Make up stupid laws, arbitrarily enforce them, with a straight face claim it’s by the book, thereby oppressing your victims. Mostly done by police but can be done by anyone with any authority.

Women are obsessed with sex. Not actually having it mind you, just flaunting it and always making everything about it. It’s the only thing they have, so their entire lives revolve around it. They will speak in the most disgusting terms, wear the most ridiculous clothing, try to draw attention, touch you etc.

And as men are forced to deal with that s~~~, and try to ignore it, they start screaming how men need to man up and ask them out and other garbage constantly. It’s really very much unbearable. It only drops a bit as both men and women get older and if management carefully selects people and drives the right environment. An environment of mostly 35+ year olds can be a lot better than when there are a sizable number of younger people, especially younger women mixed in.

If you want to make women (and manginas) uncomfortable, then wait some days (or even better some weeks) after you boasted about being gay, then when there are women around try to talk, in a very explicit way, about gay sex, especially extreme gay sex.
You don’t need to know gay sex, you have just to talk about anal sex (or even just only about your fantasies about anal sex), and use “partner” or “person” instead of “woman” to describe your sexual partner in the story.
Women will be mad, and powerless.
