I´m going to the cinema to watch the new Hunger Games film. It will be nice to give myself a break from work, some forced time off away from the batcave.

Firstly I will state that the hunger games series sure were boring to me when I was watching them blue pill. But I have been enjoying re-watching films I have previously enjoyed in this a MGTOW light, only to be pleasantly surprised to find reoccurring themes re: gynocentric empire that I had missed upon the initial watch; movies such as Who´s Afraid of Virginia Wolf, Perfect Blue, Dark City, etc. These being things that were hidden to me before, moments where gynocentric character aspects and reflections passed me by without a second thought.

But in a way I am intrigued to see what I will pick up tonight with this new film, and to see what kind of crap they try to pull over the audience´s eyes. And I would not have enjoyed it whilst the veil was still over my own. Who knows, maybe it was actually supposed to be a comedy.

Best of all, this is the first time I´ve gone to treat myself with going to the cinema alone, and regardless of how trashy the film is, I am sure I am going to have a blast. And I´m going to sit as close to the front as I damn well want.

Go for it! I have done the same many times, and I recommend it to you, and one and all.

I did it solo a few times …. but the thing is ….. if after 15 – 20 min my attention hasn’t been grabbed ….. well …. I doze off.

In the past …. her highness could nudge me awake as I began to snore.

I did not have that backup plan when on my own.

However, a kind man with his wife did rouse me once.

    I now watch in private.

Same here. All of my movie viewing since the past ten years or so has been by way of DVDs or digital download. If I doze off, then my bed is within easy reach, and I have 100% control over the snacks. My self-serve refreshments are 100% better than the stale crap they sell at theater snack bars. Um, 100% is too low, but you get the idea.

Whatever the movie is, I have trained myself to wait for the DVD. It is a far better deal than dragging myself down to the multiplex and sitting through something Hollywood’s chieftains are trying to force feed me.

There are exceptions where I will drag it down to the theater, but they are becoming rare as DVD releases are becoming common.

Within this year and a few times last year I have gone to watch movies by myself. Because I can.

Compared to the times I have gone with friends/dates, doing it solo is just as much fun. If not more.

Last movie I went to see by myself was Entourage.

The last movie I watched in a theater was “Lincoln”. Before that I can’t even remember what movie I saw.

I have been to a regional IMAX/3D theater for a few documentaries.

Don’t go out much anymore for anything social unless it’s clearly work related .. which is fairly rare .. although, I still enjoy films at home. Sunday evenings. I usually try and go back to a late 60’s early 70’s Woodstock era films, reliving both the lighter and darker aspects of that period.
Last week, I mentioned that I was watching what is clearly a cult favorite, Vanishing Point .. tonight, a look at an almost forgotten festival just prior to Woodstock, Monterey Pop. A fantastic, albeit incomplete, 270 minute documentary of arguably the most important music event in recent history.

I use to see new movies solo, but as the years have gone by more and more movies starting to have a rank smell of “social justice” and feminism.
Not worth the 14.00 plus to watch. Only movie I have recently seen was The Martian. That was the first movie I went to see in well over a year. However reading the book and comparing it to the movie I see the c~~~print of feminist “inclusiveness” all over it. Not as bad as Fury Road but they really should have stuck more to the book. Read the book. Better than the movie.

I usually just wait for DVD or Netflix or even Amazon Prime (yay, Amazon Prime!). On the other hand, I’m not so much into movies, so maybe I’m a bad example for this kind of thing. Movie tickets are very expensive for what they are, and theaters around here are full of people best stabbed repeatedly into silence through the backs of their seats, so I’m basically Meh with the whole thing at this point.

On the other hand, I’m quite fond of live music, especially jazz or classical. I’ll cheerfully go alone to such venues, or take an amenable friend or companion on occasion. I’m fond of museums the same way. I also enjoy going to restaurants alone, with a good book (not at peak times, so as not to be hurried). Sushi buffet off-peak with a good book is a fave.

It is creepy watching movies post-Red Pill and basically going “what the f~~~? what the f~~~ety f~~~? how did I not notice this before?”

the movies are SO much better without somebody talking to you , distracting you ,..you can really focus ..same with going out to eat alone …like a new world opens up to you , one in which it’s all about YOU , it’s o.k. to be selfish ! we are taught young to share ..then you find out life is YOURS , you don’t have to share anything if you don’t want to.

Well that was a hoot! Yeah, as I had not read the books I had no idea as to how much of what I saw was actually in there. There were elements there that were clearly fem-stamped, like how so many of the military leaders were female, as the leader of the rebellion, and there is this scene where the rebels are planning an attack and 1) the female military leaders take the initiative in planning, before 2) the men timidly pipe up with their wild wacky ideas. And the first military to leader to die? A black guy. They spoiled the twist too, revealing it painfully early. Best scene was watching Katniss arrow some bitch (not to ruin the story here), I pumped my fist at that haha.

Most fem. moment was this bizzare scene right at the end. Katniss is at home finally and starts screaming at her house cat – which looked animatronic or CG or something. Also, the cat had the most f~~~ed up fur, looked like it hadn´t had a bath in years (which I thought cat´s don´t need because they groom themselves) but I digress – any normal looking cat would have taken away from the ´effect´ that follows.

She then started throwing s~~~ at this cat. But the cat just stayed there, staring at her, so she started crying. Then she picked it up and cried even harder into it´s mangy fur like a mop. Ah, women just love those cats, especially the ones that allow themselves to be used as a handkerchief and don´t run away when s~~~´s thrown at them from some human they haven´t seen in years.

Not worth the 14.00 plus to watch. Only movie I have recently seen was The Martian….

Yup, I found a place close walking distance to me that I can pay less than 7 to watch.

Martian was a great book! Glad I hadn´t seen the Martian film, but who knows maybe I will look for a copy just for kicks.

Oh, and I had so much more fun going solo! And at the end, I just got up and left. No hanging around for others to watch the credits, check their phones, use the bathrooms, etc.

I don’t watch modern movies or TV much but just one look at the main character of HG was enough to know this wasn’t for me. Today it seems mainstream media has to perpetuate this myth about womin that is so unrealistic in real life it is laughable but everyone including femnazis eats that s~~~ up which just goes to show how delusional they really are,
