    Whatever it is, do not go to the gym just because you want to increase your SMV. Go there so that you can feel good about yourself; our ancestors did a lot of physical labour…which granted them a long ife (that’s what I like to think anyways). But now, with technology taking care of most of our work, we don’t have many outlets to expend our energy and make our bodies strong enough to increase our longevity.

    The gym is a very good option for those who want to stay fit; get rid of that extra fat now which may give you heart attacks 20 years later.

    Whatever you do in the gym, do not get motivated by pussy. No pressure to be buff, strong, muscular, attractive….none of that. Go because you want to feel good about yourself and to stay fit.

    A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
