    I have always been into sports. I have been playing basketball for almost 20 years (semi professional for few years). Im 6’5 (1,95 m) and ever since my gf broke up with me I spent extra time and frustrations/anger from relationship + red pill rage in the gym.

    Now Im almost 220 pounds (100 kg) of muscle at around 10 % body fat. Im natty, only supplements I have been taking is creatin and BCAAs.
    I have to say Im proud I have been directing all the negative energy and thoughts into iron and now I feel great (better sleeps, more energy) and also Im happy with how I look. The way people act around me also changed – males and females. Men (friends, teammates, stranger) respect me more, listen more when i talk, etc… i got so many compliments /attention regarding my physique that sometimes Im almost sick of it but I wont complain much.

    What surprised me is how women react around me now. When Im out (pubs/clubs) they in general gave me noticeably LESS ATTENTION then ever. It doesnt bother me, but its funny how some friends say that Im being stupid for not taking advantage of being big (they say if they would have a body like that they would get laid all the time) but in reality I get less attention and interest from women.

    Some friends are bewildered since Im not chasing pussy but going to the gym all the time. They think Im doing it for chicks… I do it for myself. Its too hard being consistent if you dont love it (weigh lifting). I do it as a release and because Im improving myself everyday. i love that feeling. i love feeling strong and healthy. Im also much more confident.

    I suggest you to go to the gym! Even if you think its boring. Just start somewhere, gave it a time – a month, 2, 3… just be consistent. You ll get hooked by energy, by feeling good, by looking good. It doesnt matter how old are you. In my opinion lifting weights is one of the best things you can to for yourself!

    You’re not alone in your observations. I got a lot more tail when I was 40 lbs overweight.
    Women have this distorted mentality allowing them to want to keep their men unattractive to other women. Since they know how other women think, and that other women will try to steal their man, they think that by keeping their current man somewhat unattractive, he will be less of a target.
    They will still disdain you if you are out of shape, thinking that you are not worth other women finding attractive. Did I mention that women are deeply disturbed in their thinking patterns??

    lifting weights is one of the best things you can to for yourself!

    Good for you trez! keep on pumping! I like dropping weights, my own weight, like skiing run after after run until my legs get weak. Awesome workout as I drink from my camel back while overheating, high speed lifts mean more downhill time and mileage than ever, you’re not even cooled off from the last run before you get to the top of the mountain again. The endorphin thing is real, especially later on in the season when you really get your legs good and strong, just in time when the woods open up with deep accumulations.

    I’m addicted like a dog is to running!

    In every ski lodge you’ll find fat chicks getting drunk that don’t even ski, they’re with someone else or they’re fat moms taking their kids skiing. These chicks would smoke up the lodge before it was made illegal. Now they smoke outside huddled in the nearest corner.

    Imagine someone lighting up in the gym while you’re still huffing, puffing, and sweating, waiting to catch your breath with your heart pounding? That’s what it was like, fkn disgusting!

    And that is a good thing! Could you imagine them at speed going downhill? Think of the trees man! Those poor poor trees…

    I haven’t been going to the gym, but I have been doing bodyweight workouts like crazy every other day for the past month. Once I burn off all the fat I have (which isn’t very much at all) I’ll end up lifting weights at the gym.

    Plus, I figure it’ll give me better form when lifting weights if I master lifting my bodyweight before hand.

    Right now, I’m 145 pounds. Not sure how much body fat I have, but it’s very little and it’s really only on my stomach and sides.

    I’ve also only been eating out mainly on the weekends so I won’t feel deprived. Otherwise, I only stick to soups, vegetables, chicken, and beef throughout the week.

    What gets me is how gynocentric men and women think gaining a great body means you’re somehow “obsessed” with working out. They think if you look great, you’re spending all your free time in the gym, which isn’t the case at all.

    Once you have a Fleshlight real vaginas become worthless.

    I have good genetics and great metabolism and I spent cca 6 hours in the gym per week. Thats 24 hours per month. Thats 3 % of time. How little is that! Think about it! But when Im in there I work HARD! I really push myself. Im going alone and I do not make friends in there or to pick up chicks. Im there to work my ass off. I have my mp3 in the ears and im set for 60 – 90 mins workout.

    People are just not enough consistent, motivated, too lazy, too easily distracted… I dont even have the goal – to get to xyz pounds, just to be better everyday. that way I have no time line – no end date… Im about to go on and lift as long as Im able/alive…

    Exactly brother,I lift every second day with a good compound routine that targets every muscle group but I can be done in an hour.
    I’m in better shape now (my occupation is also physical)
    at almost 50 than I was at half that age.
    I think people start out too intense and listen to every idiot including personal trainers at the gym.
    They don’t see results fast enough and become discouraged.
    They also forget that nutrition and sleep play just as an important part as does cutting down the drinking and quitting smoking(anything,lol).

    My motivation is that ANYTHING is better than what I was before and hey I have the rest of my life to lift!

    I too want to go to the gym; not for physique (I’m pretty content with my body) but to increase my strength and stamina. Even petty household chores drain the energy out of me…. so I need to increase my energy reserves.

    I agree with the ‘redirecting negative energy into positive energy’ thing. I have a lot of that negative energy…. like a hot kettle about to blow its lid off. I need a place to vent out; the gym sounds like an appropriate place. There is one near my place, and another further into town. But I’ll join the latter because its a men-only gym.

    And, there’s the best reason to exercise. It’s how we were designed to operate. Having more skeletal muscle means more blood sugars stored there instead of the liver. Lower risk of diabetes, etc.

    YES. Whats happening now is that they ask my friends if im a bouncer/hulk or some other s~~~ like that but I rarely get direct signs of interest. When they talk to my friends its not like they want to be introduced to me.

    What happens pretty often with drunk chicks is that they like to touch my arms (it doesnt matter if she is single, married, fat) but thats about it. Generally looking on the whole thing – I get less attention, believe or not.

    I’m in my mid-40’s and I started hitting the gym two months ago. All natty like you, and my co-workers have asked me if I’m using HGH or similar. Considering these guys are in their early 20’s, I took that as a compliment.

The bigger you are the more intimidated they get and will try to avoid you because they could be scared of you. Really odd but a good theory on what might be happening. I am sure KM will chime in regarding this.

    Quite the opposite.
    When a man have an almost perfect body he get more attention from few women (usually quite beautiful women) and apparently less attention from most and “normal” women: they’re afraid to even talk with us.
    Women are human beings and some of their insecurities are quite similar to the insecurities of a shy/nerd guy.
    That actually make women sexier, nothing is more sexier than a woman who thinks that you’re “too much” for her.
    And here comes the danger: women aren’t exactly like shy/nerd guys – they have that thing of hypergamy, the full power of the State backing up them, and an entire social system actually encouraging them to divorce-rape a man.
    It doesn’t matter how much she drools for you, initially: if you marry her, or if you give her actual rights through cohabitation/common law, after few years she will begin to dominate you using withholding sex.

    TNX! Every comment about steroids I have heard during last year I see as nothing but a big compliment for my work/dedication. Im doing this for myself and my well being. Remember your body is your temple. You are investing in yourself which automatically means there is not a minute wasted when you work your ass off. Keep going man! And after a while you ll see how much admiration it ll get you – but thats just the little side effect. People LIFT!

    Hmm… people are intimidated by a big person; not just women. Back when I was 8-9 years old, whenever I used to see a big guy, I used to think “He must be a ‘bad guy’ who fights people” … and if he wore any badass accessory like a metal chain or a piercing, I truly got intimidated.

    In my childhood people around me used to say that if you were buff, wore chains, tattoos, and had a lot of beard…or had any one of those traits, you were a gunda (criminal). I’m pretty sure they warned all the girls to stay away from these type of men because they are sure to get raped if they don’t.

    It wasn’t until I started watching TV and engish channels on TV that I discovered that those traits are just another way for people to express themselves…. they have chains and tattoos, not because they are or were criminals, but because it made them feel good about themselves.

    Its funny because I have known quite a few people who were utterly nice and down-to-earth but they never ‘looked’ like they were. Can’t believe how absurd social programming could be.

    Yeah I have been also reading up about this topic on other forums and there are mixed responses in regards to this matter typical women behavior. Some women are intimidated because they think the guy is good looking and out of their league, a player, and they think that you see them as slobs and you will bring up fitness to them and they are insecure with their bodies.

    Other women think your SMV is very high and have no chance with you so they wont bother. The taller you are and the more muscle you have the scarier you look and they want someone they can control and lower their SMV to the point where they trap them onto the plantation. With a guy like you they know you are a alpha and wont be able to control you as compared to other guys who look like a beta.

    Lastly women find tall muscular guys very attractive and want to be with you but they will never make the first move or make eye contact or show interest because they want you to do all the work. By you showing interest they are feeding their ego into thinking their SMV is very high as well and can get any man without doing the work. These are the worst type of women you want to stay away from as their hypergamy is very high and will use you until they can find that ugly rich beta simp to marry and divorce rape down the road. I looked through to many forums to site all this can do a search for yourself if you are interested got sick of reading women responses hopefully this helped.
