This was the scene in various parts of the UK today, including London:

Handing out water in the UK

    Mangina piles water into buggy

    empty shelves

I only found out about prepping recently, but I have to say I’m stunned to see grown men in Britain relying on handouts of emergency bottled water after only a few days of losing supply, as if they’re in the developing world. I’m not saying I expect everyone to be bushcraft experts with survival bunkers in secret rural locations, but you’d think it’s common sense to have some food, water and first aid supplies at home. Then again, I know from experience what it’s like for the Missus to be demanding yet another pair of shoes/handbag/whatever other bulls~~~ she “needs” this week, and realise it can be hard for guys in that position to be able afford the little luxuries in life like emergency water supplies.

I know there are a number of topics about prepping on these forums, and that some of you guys like Ranger One are serious preppers, but I’m curious to know if a lot of MGTOWs are into prepping, and if you think there’s a natural link between MGTOW and prepping? My sense is that both movements share a common view that the world we live in is unsustainable, and that becoming more self-reliant is the way forward.

I realise there might be some regional variation here: Americans seem to have more self-reliance in their blood than us Brits. Plus, of course, British preppers can’t legally stash munitions in quite the same way our US brothers can. But at least we can stash baked beans.

I can just feel I’m going to get into prepping. There’s more to life than suckling at the Great Teat of the gynocentric techno-state.

Yes, there is a natural link mainly because of the self-reliance theme. Escaping from the plantation requires a certain amount of independent thinking, discipline, and clarity of vision, so it would make sense for men to apply these traits to other areas of life.

For myself, I have limited resources to really qualify myself as a hardcore prepper, but I do what I can.

I have a bug out bag, thanks to the ex c~~~ who called me into court for made up bulls~~~ for 6 years. I have been made homeless twice thanks to the c~~~.

Prepping? You bet your ass. I spent money on preparing for doom when I had money, to save my ass when I do not have money, or under attack from the c~~~.

It is irresponsible to not prepare for bad days. I refuse to ask the same govenrment that will imprision me to save my ass.

Taking the red pill on one topic usually leads to taking red pills on other topics.

This is usually why when a man takes a red pill on women and becomes a MGTOW, that man will occasion continue down the rabbit hole to monk mode, ghosting, and eventually minimalism.

Wow, thanks for all the quick replies! Really interesting.

I have limited resources to really qualify myself as a hardcore prepper, but I do what I can.

Same here, and I sense some people get a bit carried away by it by building $500,000 bunkers and the like. From the little I’ve seen, it seems learning skills rather than stockpiling stuff might be the most sensible approach anyway.

It is irresponsible to not prepare for bad days. I refuse to ask the same govenrment that will imprision me to save my ass.

    Damn right–good for you man!

that man will occasion continue down the rabbit hole to monk mode, ghosting, and eventually minimalism.

Definitely. Already pretty much monk here: I do wonder where I’ll end up!

Hey man! I’m over in East Anglia. I’m sure Salford will be particularly fun when SHTF!!

Most MGTOW minded men are those that prepare for such things fairly decently. You can find a lot of advice from MGTOW men here on getting started, if you have any questions.

I’ve spent years prepping for defenses (guns, ammo, magazines, military red dots and scopes, night vision, body armor, etc). Then added in nuclear & hazard stuff (iosat pills, gas masks, etc). I’ve spent years establishing fruit trees and perennial vegetables and fruits and herbs, and last year had a large vegetable garden of annuals.

Been doing more with water purification, etc. I am now wholeheartedly engaged in stockpiling food. I am finding Excel spreadsheet to be useful in organizing food by categories (grain/starch, veg, fruit, legume/nuts, meat, dairy) and servings per container, calories per serving, cost per container, etc. I can project dietary needs, and how many food/days (total calories / 2,000 calories per day) I have.

I’m very gradually widening the diversity of my canned goods. I only started Friday, but I have about 12-food days stockpiled so far, at fairly small expense. So in addition to the normal food in the pantry, I have enough food for 3 people for 4 days once the regular pantry runs out. Its not much YET, but even Rome wasn’t built in a day.

I’m already studying up on how to build an underground bunker… that has an entrance to one of the hidden rooms in my house, and a hidden above ground entrance.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

I’m not into prepping for an end of the world scenario, but I do live in hurricane country. Therefore, I try and keep enough food and water to go for about a week.

If Harvey was anything to go by though, chances are that I am unlikely to lose power, gas, cable, or mobile access. I will not flood, and there isn’t much to blow into my house. What I won’t be able to do is leave the house, and stores won’t be able to restock.

    Ok. Then do it.

We have a nasty winter storm warning for the next couple days, we got the pineapple express mixed with gulf moisture all headed for a low pressure just off the coast, I’ve been prepping all f~~~ing day! The last nor’easter only gave us only rain, not this time. Winter wonderland by Thursday!

    I’m glad it’s March!

I will NOT count nor rely on some Blue-Pill delusional pencil pusher for anything, especially my survival.
These f~~~ing sons of bitches are more likely to kill you than help you!
This System accused, charged and incarcerated me without proof or witnesses on something I was completely innocent of and I’m going to sit around twirling my thumbs and wait for their help?! I might as well cut my own throat right now!!
I don’t want their f~~~ing help! They can shove their contaminated s~~~bottles up their ass!
I’m ready for when the s~~~ hits the fan and I got my spot in the Alps rigged with all sorts of traps for the Bluepillers foolish enough to come close.
Prepping? You bet your ass! You’re a fool if you don’t prep!

It’s pretty easy to prepare for power cuts due to bad weather.

Always have a decent stock of tinned meat and fruit and vegetables and have gas bottle hob and portable gas bottle fire for some warmth.

If I ever have enough money again to buy another house and get out of this flat I’m definately moving to the countryside and a house with an open fire or wood burning stove preferably with an old fashioned back boiler that I can use to heat water.

Every MGTOW should get a bug-out bag. Generally a tactical backpack containing MRE’s (meals ready to eat), emergency drinking water, flashlight, knife, emergency blanket, first aid kit, flares, paracord rope, gloves, basically everything you’d need to survive for a while.

I agree that it is a self reliance thing and most of us probably have more stashed away just in case than others.

Funny to see the Londoners stashing stuff AFTER the snow has gone and when it is very unlikely they will see any more like that for several years. That water will taste awfully plastic by then and be nearly as full of oestrogen like chemicals as real London water.

Yeah we can’t stash huge piles of ammunition because of the limits on our FACs but there is nothing to say you can’t stash, brass powder and primers. The woods by the way were great for hunting during the snow if you got into the lee of a southwest facing hill. Deer where everywhere hiding from the wind and not a human track. People seemed to have better things to do. All the guys with 4x4s were either driving about to get their wives stuff to show off or were driving about hoping to find damsels in distress to bother. Either way no one was out on the land. Quite good comedy value all round.

    Hello all,

    @lionontheloose
    About your question :
prepping is the next logical step to MGTOW : Freedom is also including self preservation. Preventing being screwed over by women is one thing, preventing being screwed by everything else is the real game (governments, elites, armies and wars, collapses chaos, environmental and natural disasters…)

I released several videos about preparedness and men going their own way via my youtube channel.

It makes sense to ensure your safety in a world that plots your own demise : This is sovereignty and having some sense of control even if life is not going the way you want it to (small disasters like losing a job, temporary black out electricity, cold winter environment…)

Food, water, shelter, security, first aid, and a plan (what scenario , how to act in which and which cases) more or less covers everybit of preparedness the level of involvment (from urban survival short term street smarts to full self reliant off grid homesteader long term) depends on several factors : skills, environment, family/lone wolf, lifestyle, economical means…

Leo the wise : Giving to all men their needed uprise My MGTOW YOUTUBE channel, first vid : https://youtu.be/Xt-tJgVUGuI

Two school rulers . Bend both in the middle . Tie together in a cross . Boomerang that always comes back . Good for birds .

Get a ruler cut it in half . Drill hole in center . Put thick rubber band on . Now grab a pen preferably a kilometrico pen . Take the inside out and sharpen on concrete . When firing hold the front part of rubber band to one side and fire . You can put things on the end of your darts . This little gem you can put in ya pocket and go anywhere . It will surprise you how powerfull it is . Fishing if ya want to give that ago .

THE PLANTATION HAS NOW TURNED INTO THE KILLING FIELDS . WOMAN ARE NOW ROLLING CAMBODIAN STYLE .
