Recording a date?

This has probably been asked before but I’m lazy and haven’t searched the forums for possible answers. Sorry in advance if it has been asked.

I was thinking of all the times I might have been accused of rape. I never have but I could have easily been. You know you have sex and then you don’t want to see her again. Or one thing led to another. I like mentally revisiting my affairs but they scare me. Now days I could easily see one of these duplicitous women, basically they all are, being all over me and then later accusing me of raping them. (I’ve had women stalk me, threaten suicide, propose in front of their parents, etc., I know women are bat s~~~ crazy.) Would it help to secretly use a microphone to record the conversations? It might not be legal but would it work?

You can do , if you wont publish records for no reason.
But if court will take place at some point , and you will have some sort of evidence … it wont hurt …

Edit: ive actualy was thinking about this for the past two days… i probably will do this as well. Carry some sort of stealthy microphone and sound recording device with long lasting operating time

I have something similar. But about ten years old. Records hundreds of hours. Still works wonderfully. I use it primarily for recording my thoughts. Something similar to this one https://goo.gl/KCKNqX

Check your state laws. I live in a one party consent state and as long as the one recording is in the area you can record all you want.

Laws would vary based on state; my legal training is insufficient to advise intelligently.

I just have to ask, though – and I’m not saying that this isn’t now a common worry. If the person you’re sleeping with is trusted so completely minimally by you . . . that you’re worried she’s going to charge you with rape . . . that you want to record the whole date to protect yourself. . . perhaps dating or sleeping with this individual is not an awesome use of your time.

Dude if you have to record your date, then why attend it in the first place. That just seems absurd to me.

On the other hand…. I would install a camera with sound in my bedroom to make sure if s~~~ goes belly flop, that I have proof that it was consensual.

I’d probably be much better off not dating period. I’m weak. I’ve never had a problem but knowing how crazy some of them became I now look back and think they could have gotten vengeful that way. Taping them seems like a very good form of insurance. Like having a dash cam video taping everything that happens as you drive. It is a crazy world but we kind of have to make our way through it…

Recording a ‘date’ – the audio would never hold up in court / never be allowed by a trial judge to be admitted as legal evidence in a pre-trial hearing.

That is due to the fact that a woman can say she wants you to f~~~ her, drill her ass (while choking her), call her a slut & cum on her face.

Then:

Legally change her mind, right before your c~~~ enters whatever the first of three holes will be, and she can say ‘No’.

And from that point forward, legally, it is rape.

Now as far as recording sexual intimacy. A GoPro camera is relatively inexpensive and they work great & can be hidden easily.

Of course recording a sexual encounter with a woman without her permission is illegal. But I would rather face that charge which is a gross misdemeanor with up to a year in jail, rather than a felony rape charge & years in prison.

Anyway. Good luck getting bailed out on a rape charge & being able to get back home to recover the video from the GoPro then present it as evidence with the prosecutor.

The ‘victim’ will just say that particular sex encounter with you was in fact consensual but it took place a couple of weeks prior to the night you actually raped her.

Unless she agrees to an interview on the GoPro prior and states ‘My name is (add name) “Snowflake C~~~whore and on this day, January 14th, 2017, I am granting use of all three holes, application of facial lotion and choking for a period of time not to exceed four hours, etc. . . .’

It’s still her word against the defendant’s in front of twelve jurors. A few whom will be looking at you like you are already guilty on the first day of the trial.

At this point, the only ways to avoid a rape charge and still have sex are:

Go to a country where prostitution is legal.

or

Become a male porn star.

Otherwise. The average slut has an incredible amount of power and ability to destroy a man’s life after she f~~~s him.
