Seems so similar …Same arguments..same words..like they are in autopilot. That means emotional cycle…where they try to convince themselves and to reson themselves for all s~~~ they do. And for sure saying HOW UNHAPPY ARE CAUSE OF YOU. But best thing is..ignore….ignore…ignore. That make them going crazy. She was do same thing..but in those times..like was yesterday…I was reacting to her s~~~. Feeling guilty for being a MAN. That was catastrophical for me. I loose authority, I loose good jobs..and I was loose MYSELF. It was crazy. I was know some friends on facebook. Until now I am still friends with them. They help me to pas through. She will next use your daughter as a weapon, if she has not done so already. She will first try to make you look really bad so your daughter hates you. Then she will make threats about leaving the state and you will never see your daughter again, etc. Finally, she will make you worry for your daughter’s well-being. Your daughter will tell you about the men your mom has over, etc. Or she’ll complain that mom does take care of her, etc. You will feel powerless and helpless. And the reality of the situation is that you are just that.

Except, you can turn it all off. Change your phone number. Get a restraining order. Block it all out. You will get beaten down otherwise. Find a trusted 3rd party she can call if your daughter has any problems. That 3rd party will talk to you. I am sure you can work out something with your lawyer.

Also, this will be the best thing you could possibly do for your daughter. If your wife does not have the ability to use your daughter to harm you, your daughter might avoid a lot of the crazy in her life.

You can NEVER get past when a wife sleeps with another man.   NEVER.  You have basically said that it was okay.  A woman is naturally monogamous an man is not.    As a man if a woman is in a committed relationship with you and she steps out its game over 100% of the time.
