    Eat an apple (low GI) or research keto diet.
    In 99% i do aero and bb work in the morning on empty stomach, aero can be sometimes demanding, rest a bit and continue.
    Ps efedrin as suggested is amazing boost (beware if you have heart condition).

    Will try this too. Ephedrine. I thought that was banned years ago.
