The sentence is self-contradictory. Notice that “nobody is different because of Gender” itself recognizes a parameter (gender) of people. If gender truly didn’t matter, it wouldn’t even be recognizable, and yet this phrase recognizes it, thus people can’t be same

It’s like saying “cars aren’t different because of color” or “pizzas aren’t different because of toppings” – the mere recognition of the existence of distinguishing parameter (color for cars, toppings for pizza) concedes they must distinguish cars/pizzas
