    Dude, you are 23? And you aren’t even married to her? Get out bro. But First secure any important items like firearms and paperwork ahead of time. Forward your mail then get the f~~~ out.

    to ammend my intial reply;

    What can I do to make sure she doesn’t catch me and stop me

    If she’s as overweight as you say, then you will have no problem with that.

    I hate to be so blunt with someone going through hard times but OldBill is right;

    You owe her nothing. She’s given you nothing but agony. Quit whining to us and start taking control of your life.

    Good advice there from DeeJaysea, get your important stuff together & out, pull out, then cut ties.
    Don’t let her rob you in the escape attempt!

    Are you looking for an excuse to leave? If you two don’t get along, then end it. That’s the reasonable thing to do, and it’s best for both of you for long term. This should be your argument.

    But don’t let yourself get dragged back into it afterwards. IMHO zero contact is healthy, after you break up.

    And you’re 23, are you kidding me? Right now you should focus on your education and career, not waste your time with relationship dramas.

    A man shouldn't make his life's objective to be on the side of the majority, but to avoid finding himself in the ranks of the insane. (Marcus Aurelius)
