What are you gonna do with the first month of no mortgage payment towards your MGTOW self preservation? Would love to know how you’re going to treat yourself next month. Congratulations!!!

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

I suggest a trip, if you’re into that.

Congratulations. Once the house is paid off, you’ll be amazed how quickly you can invest and make some serious coin. Have fun.

Nice. Always good to hear another person is doing well in life.

    Thanks again guys

I plan on going on a scuba diving trip this summer to celebrate.

Wow. BIG gratz on that. What an accomplishment. You planning anything special to celebrate?

When I paid off a debt once, I went to Ruth’s Chris and celebrated with a $50 filet mignon. For all the sacrifices and the strain and the SCARY part of signing a mortgage, be good to yourself. We don’t do that often enough.

Haha, I did go out and have a nice steak last night, not Ruth’s Chris but only because we don’t have one of those where I live, awesome steaks there!

Congratulations, you are now as free as it is pretty much possible to be.

Expect every body else to be p~~~ed off at how selfish you are being for not manning up and heading off to the plantation every day to provide for some wifestitute.

After my divorce my plan was as follows :

1)Save every single penny I can for a house deposit.
    2)Buy a house.
3)Save every penny I can to pay off the mortgage.
4)Once the mortgage is paid off save every penny so I can work part time and spend my time doing what I want to do.

I am currently 42 and I now have enough deposit to buy my own house so I am just about to get to step 2. I am hoping to pay the mortgage off in 10 years time which will tie in nicely with my child support payments ending. That will mean all my salary is 100% mine and I will be able to relax and do what I want to do for a change.

Love it! MGTOW blueprint, good luck, you will do it!
