I was thinking maybe a new sub forum for mgtow who have questions on how to unc~~~ their lives. For the mgtow who are in relationships still or are in divorce process. Have the mgtows with legal/finance/professional exp to give advice and or help ? Or would it just be under this current mgtow question forum ? Just a thought I was thinking about this all weekend how really very little help for men online and in general. Thoughts ?

Offering any kind of financial advice requires an actual certificate. Nobody here wants that liability. Especially Financial advice let alone legal advice. Each jurisdiction has its own rules therefore it would be improbable impossible yet to give good legal advice.

I offered Key Master away to take mgtow public but until people see the benefit there’s no point in talking about it

As a lawyer I would never give professional advice out on a discussion forum EXCEPT in very general terms; and as May 7 2020 points out if the site endorsed such a thing there is the potential for civil liability. Besides the membership crosses any number of state, national and international boundaries so I don’t know how much actual practical help anyone could be.

Advice: If you need some financial guidance I recommend checking out every post made by Yumbo
If you need guidance about firearms, ammunition, gunsmithing etc. OK I will answer that stuff.

We have already kickstarted a dedicated section for that and I have an associate who will be reaching out to attorneys in the male best interest. He’s very busy and under huge deadlines right now but we would love to be able to offer AT LEAST a starter contact in every state and Canadian Province.

More on that later and as time allows, but we have begun a dialogue about that to a serious degree. Don’t forget, the legal system is designed to fleece men of their wealth and transfer it to women, so an divorce attorney is there to get rich off making you broke.

Best legal advice is to never even MEET a divorce attorney – fire one instead – by not even signing a marriage contract. That’s the best legal advice, and it’s FREE!!! right here.

My cousin is going through a hard time of it with a divorce after 30 years and 2 kids. He wish he knew more earlier…. so why we have been thinking about it. Any male-interest contact we can provide would be there to AT LEAST be informative or some kind of rope in the quicksand.

They don’t want to see you win.
They want you to LOSE.

Fortunately, MGTOW is all about making up your OWN mind anyway, so even if someone dropped a “sure thing”, it would be met with high skepticism here.

My expertise in the 1990s was offering advice legal and otherwise to many up-and-coming resource stocks on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The only reason I ever mention mgtow going public is because of the limited liability and not just for us for anyone who is a stockholder. These are legal ramifications that Pedro pistola should be checking out. What the hell right invest a couple of grand buy a couple of hundred thousand shares. Look nobody is trying to fleece you out of your money I’m thinking of ways to protect us from liability. The problem is anyone using the mgtow handle it all comes back to us. The only way to protect from that is to protect from that. I post myself openly my videos are open for all the public to see and I feel it is pretty much that way for most of us we’re trying to get along in the troubling world. So there’s no reason to run and hide at least for somebody like me who has nothing to lose. There’s a cost involved but a benefit retained as my friend F Bentley Mooney would say

So you want to Trademark MGTOW.com? That could set us up against all the other good MGTOW sites out there.
I think we should keep it as a philosophy and personal choice – our site clearly spells out our purpose so anyone else using the handle for other reasons could be easily discounted.

As for financial advice I’ve found Investopedia to be a very useful online tool.
Remember ANY financial ‘expert’ has their own best interests at heart (and the institution they work for)
not yours,so do your own research or take a few courses.
Besides then if anything goes wrong you only have yourself to blame.

Any plans to do a similar thing in the UK KM?

We would be definitely less capable of that. It’s just geography. But we could open it up for posts by our remote brothers so they can post a helpful contact or an experience. Think of it like an “open market of information” that can grow on it’s own over time.

^^ THAT is more of an important reason to have help available. After all, marriage contract & meeting a divorce attorney is more easily avoidable. My cousin said if he knew the score going in, he would NEVER have gotten married.

But false accusations (ETC) are an epidemic and I had to fight one myself by a bitch I never even had sex with(!!). Fortunately I was smarter than she was and she didn’t get away with it.

I was thinking more tax efficiency strategies and wealth distribution, easy no brain stuff like if your gonna get married set up a trust account which nobody can touch for your son to make sure a portion of your wealth will go to your kids, tax advantages such as declaring part of your alimony and child support payments as an expense. Little things that can make a big difference on the long run,

I want to see an alternative criminal records database with information about false accusations that could then be passed to criminal lawyers. All that evidence about arresting people innocently walking through train stations needs bringing together into a database so it can be passed to criminal defence lawyers.

Accountant and financial controller here, amongst other things. Stealthy’s advice is quite sound, and worth following. There are positive tax aspects to it as well, which he hasn’t illuminated, but are quite useful.

Specific financial and accounting advice depends so much upon the individual and their position that I don’t know how useful web chatter really could be. One needs to know actual numbers to be useful, the sort of thing that should not be public. General advice can be found lots of places, but this site has covered most if not all of the general tips I give people. Not sure how well it’s tagged, but . . . I think one could find most of it if one took the time to search.

No clue why this would be incorporated. Some protection from liability, I suppose, but liability for what? Violent chatter is squashed as soon as anyplace does; likewise for recommendations of illegal acts or activity.

I don’t see this as a real money maker. My guess is that KM is not at all well remunerated for his time here, and I can’t imagine he’s making minimum wage on this. MGTOW is prior use no matter how you slice it in terms of patent or trademark protection, so it’s completely unprotectable. Any number of people can make t-shirts, books, whatever they want using that phrase. I hope they do. If KM wants to make shirts, kudos to him; I don’t think the site should sell stuff, however, and it would almost immediately burst anonymity.

A reference list of attorneys and accountants might be useful for our brothers who are going through their divorce shearing. I have the sinking feeling that a lot of it would wind up being pro bono publico work, however, or not wildly profitable. But who knows. Brad, you out there, buddy?
