What does this have to do with MGTOW?
Beware of echo chamber mentality and confirmation bias. Always think for yourself, and respect that others might think differently.

Well said, feminists have closed their eyes and minds to rational thought a long time ago, and they are starting to turn on themselves. I do not want to see us men do the same.

Don't chase tail. Turn yours around, walk away, and live free!

Think for yourself – go Your own way also with your mind, thoughts and beliefs.

While apt and quote worthy, it won’t quite be applicable to the extent our rational minds would have us believe.

Confirmation bias is inherent in humans, much like in-group preference.

Very true it is how we evolved into what we are today. Both are primitive survival traits present in most species.

It took me a while to become aware of my own biases, but breaking that conditioning really helped me move forward in how I think and how I work.

Some guys I’ve noticed get too comfortable in their own world or their specialty and they get complacent. I guess its fine if you want to entertain people, but one day someone will one up you or you’ll get caught because you never developed time to keep going forward.

I try to diversify my pallet of skills to learn as much as I can from as many as I can interact or dig information to see if they’re legit.

I like to think of it as consistently working out the same muscle groups if you’re Power Lifting or Oly Lifting, or if you’re sparring with the same partners and get too comfortable using the same patterns and techniques.

Sparring and rolling with all different types of body types, ages, backgrounds, weight classes really opened up my eyes to the complexity of fighting and violence, but I needed that because it only made better at what I did.

Now I don’t go around doing Rolling Imanari Heel Hooks to people on the street, but I take that same mentality and apply to where my strengths and weaknesses are in my life. It made me understand the world is a pretty big and scary place and there’s always someone better than you, so I’d rather have them as my friend or at least not let them register me as an enemy.

This mentality helped me surpass a lot of people I hated in the past. And best of all I surpass myself.
