Stupid fool here. Married for the dream of love and family, to a woman who married for security and money. I am a miserable son of a bitch. Just seeing my words here disgusts me. My accomplishments, personally glorious in the past, are like faded memories as the castration of marriage has taken its toll. Locked in this cage of matrimony, I know that I must walk through the fire of court to gain my sovereignty (eventually) but I dread that like peeing on an electric fence. I am p~~~ed at myself for even allowing myself to be in this position. I am thankful for you men, that I might learn and be guided.

There’s a good way to proceed with divorce.

I think it was called “tactical divorce” or “strategic divorce”.
I’m not sure.
But there’s a great reference or two here in the forums for how to go about divorce without ending up dead or in jail, and possibly with much of your assets and income intact, as well as possibly having access to your own children if you can believe it.

Help me out, guys.

The anger is there but presently directed inward as I contemplate my situation. She is doing what a c~~~ will do. She has the backing of the state and public sentiment on her side. Nothing I do will be “right”. Lashing out verbally only adds to her perceived victimhood. Combat mode will not serve me here. Using hardcore exercise for stress relief. Fellowship for knowledge and wisdom (if this idiot is capable of that).

Start getting a “gambling” problem go to a casino and lose small amounts of money here and there while you are stashing away large amounts of money somewhere else like in gold coins or giving the money to your parents or a sibling to safe keep for you. When it comes time for the audit you will have evidence of your addiction and where all the money went. Go to gambling councilor for your addiction to show you are trying to get better.

Get a P.O. Box and have mail you don’t want delivered to your house go there. Get a storage locker and start stashing cash, another car no one knows about and photocopy everything and store it there as well. Start looking for another place to live and talk to a lawyer first before you decide to move out because if you leave the property in some states it can be viewed as abandonment and she can get the house.

Get burner phone so your pumpkin can’t check who you are talking to. Be the first to file for divorce as May 7 would say you don’t want to be the defendant. Go see every lawyer within 100 miles of your location and take the lawyers card for a consultation that way when it comes time for your pumpkin to get a lawyer she will not be able to use any of them because you got to see them first. If one of the lawyers you saw takes her case tell your lawyer give him the card (make sure you write the date and time you saw that lawyer on the back of the card) and that lawyer will deal with him/her. Lawyers love to screw other lawyers and they will have fun doing it. She will have to travel long distance just to find one and it will cost her more because that lawyer will have to travel far for court hearings.

Better hope she is receptive to mediation if you can go that route you will save big money but she will probably end up going for the divorce rape route. This is just some advice I can give from reading what other men have gone through more experienced members can chime in or correct any information I gave I am sure I am missing a few things you need to do as well. Take a look at the marriage and divorce section there is some great tips there as well.
