My day started at 3:30am with this stupidity

My STBXW woke me up bitching at 3am. Basically about everything, but what started it was my status on FakeBook didn’t show marital status.

She accused me of changing it – I hate FB and only have it to coordinate with some groups of people I know.

Her:”Well, I guess you are going to move to an apartment that will be expensive and all nice and shiny – while I stay in this old house”.

ME: “well, I’ll stay here and you move out then”

Her: “I’m not leaving this f~~~ing house”.

ME: “if you are going to berate me all night, I’m just going to get up”.

So, after being harangued for 2 hours, I just got up and made a pot of coffee…

be careful. sleep deprivation is a tactic of women. it can be very dangerous and lead to serious health problems like strokes and other stuff.

my c~~~ used to wake up at 3am and sit on my chest and beat me until I woke up. then she would bitch me out for doing house chores in the wrong order, of folding the towels long way first.

a couple times she said she dreamed I was cheating on her, and she had to vent her frustration, by smacking me silly. there were many nights I spent sleeping on the couch or on the floor. one night sleeping on the floor I found a knife under the bed. so part of my bedtime routine was to count the knives in the block.

I did not figure out the cause of her madness, I was so glad to get away, but now, there are nights I wake up screaming, being beaten, suffocated and killed in my sleep, hundreds of miles away from the c~~~.

one nightly beating was about stickers on bananas ffs. another morning beating was about the smell of cream cheese.

if your c~~~ is doing this, get out today. what are you waiting for?

You blustered about your plans to make her was going to move out, you waved off the risks associated with continuing to sleep with her, you told one of her friends about your intentions, and you insist on maintaining an active Facebook status she can easily check for information to use against you.

(Your excuse that you need Facebook to coordinate your biking and other groups is just that – an excuse.)

You need to start facing reality. Everything you’ve planned on doing has failed and she has easily thwarted you at every turn. You are not the Machiavellian schemer you want to believe you are. You need to start researching how divorces actually play out. You need to start heeding the advice given to you by the divorced men here. It’s well past time for fantasies.

There is an ocean of experience here, experience earned through horror and pain, and experience which is yours for the taking if you just bother to listen.

whenever the c~~~ filed paper against me, she dropped it on me on Friday. given how the system worked, she called her lawyer on Wednesday, papers rattled around the court on Thursday, and kicked me in the crotch on Friday afternoon. I would sit all weekend and fret and stew, call my lawyer on Monday, see him on Tuesday or Wednesday.

That was my week, for 6 f~~~ing years.

Good advice, or at least keep the cell phone handy to record audio or video. I used video a few times and it works really well to keep her from going full psycho mode.
