I agree riding a motorbike is the best cure to any bad feeling or bad day, prefer to ride solo at night in the summer out in BFE. Feels so damn free. I ride a 1980 GL1100 Standard I caf’ed. I wish I had a picture to throw up here but I have not photo’ed it since I’ve done my last bit of mods. Haven’t been able to ride very much at all this year due to injury.

Riding a motorcycle is amazingly therapeutic. There was one time where I got steaming mad while I was warming up my bike, and then after riding for 10 minutes to point B, all that steam is vented out. Granted, I rode hard and fast around the neighborhood shortly before reaching the 55 MPH road and then rode under the law afterwards.

    A proud MGTOW rider.

    You guys should try flying!

On my bucket list is to build an ultralight aircraft with a rigid skin for maximum glide angle and SPEED

Try extreme skiing (after years of learning) two skis are way more fun and exciting than two wheels, as long as you don’t hit the trees!

Bikes are allot of fun but getting killed by another persons arrogance and ignorance is a real possibility. Flying and skiing are safer and more extreme!

P.S. If you’re gonna fly go to your nearest flight school and pay for the education, and on top of that read and watch as many TSA accident reports as you can.

There’s old pilots, and there’s bold pilots, but never old bold pilots. If you’re reckless in nature stay on the motorcycles, airplanes don’t crash well.

My Hayabusa would whip the s~~~ out of that ultralight, if I still had it. The Busa was the best thing ever in my mid-life crisis parade of bikes.

I didn’t mean to insult ultralights, or their owners. It’s just that Busa’s have an extreme amount of power and top speed. I was clocked at a legitimate 179 mph in a 1 mile standing start. I had the 2001 with 4 into 1 Yoshimura header, Power Commander, and dynamometer tuned. They’re even faster now, I would imagine. I believe mine had about 180 hp after the dyno tune. I think the new ones have over 200 hp stock from the factory.
