Yeah I get what you’re saying. Depression most of the times is your body and mind trying to tell you you’re in a bad spot and need to rethink and change your ways. After my last depression I vowed “NO MORE! I will NOT go to depression hell because of a woman ever again!” That promise I made to myself apparently stuck in my subconcious mind, because after the last “emotional divorce” a wonderful thing happened: nothing. Sure it was a bit sad and all, but I kept my sanity. And that’s worth A LOT!

It made it incredibly easy to find my b~~~~ again, and they’re dangling just fine right now. Cheers brothers.

I get the part about the depression being nature’s way to pressure you into changing. You are naturally a mgtow but your lizard brain kept trapping you. Best thing is not to provide the lizard brain with temptation. All those girls driving around on bikes in amdam must be hard though, plus all the tourists. Been there a couple of times, love the place, go Ajax.
