In the Q&A section Milo gets asked about the red pill philosophy (someone from the audience yells: yeah! MGTOW!)
In short: he said that he agrees on everything, but hear it for yourself:
    (go to 1:53:00)
I watched the whole thing and it was cool. He was explaining alt-right and misconceptions about it. So if anyone’s interested – here’s the video of the f~~~~~:

What’s this about MGTOW being racist? MGTOW was trailblazed by black men.

Who said it was racist? I’m confused

At 1:55:50 he said something like there are some genuine racists, but his assessment is only 2-5% are racist. Now that I listen to it again, he may have been referring to alt-right Trump supporters there, but that still doesn’t make any sense. I have yet to meet a single one that’s genuinely racist.

I appreciated the part where he said MGTOW are “basically right about everything.”

I am yet to meet anyone who’s genuinely racist, but I don’t meet too many people in general. But on the internet there is some white supremacy that’s going on, but mostly directed at Jews or Arabs. If you count that as racism, so yes, there’s plenty of that among low-educated Trump supporters. But that’s not in any way shape or form a fault of Trump or alt-right. I think people who think that alt-right are racist are saying so because they’re convinced that racism is the basis of his immigration policy and nationalistic stance. They also think nationalism racism are almost synonyms. But Milo meets much more people in real life and on the Internets than I do, so if there’s anyone I would trust with approximate number of racist in the alt-right – it would be Milo. But I’m not sure what he refers to as “true racist” – is he talking of black/white racism only, or does he include the variety of “antisemites” and “islamophobes”
He was talking about alt-right of course, not MGTOW. There is a major overlay between the two, but I don’t see any ideological connection. I’d say MGTOW more leans toward anarchist/libertarian than to alt-right anyways

The problem is the progressives can’t even define what they mean by racist since they throw it out as an argument against so many different things.

I can say with absolute certainty that the pro white individuals, either the white pride or the full on white power crowd, absolutely hate the right wing conservative political spectrum. They see them as sellouts and enemies. They are not alt-right by any stretch of the imagination as they have no desire to be connected with anything that’s considered “right wing”. They are white nationalists first and foremost. The only members of that demographic that would support Trump are those that think that white people can vote their way out of any kind of political problems. Most would rather have Hillary win so things will fall apart faster.

I am yet to meet anyone who’s genuinely racist,

I meet them all the time. Have not met one yet who wasn’t liberal.

If you count that as racism, so yes, there’s plenty of that among low-educated Trump supporters.

But are those Trump supporters really anti-arab? Or are they just against unrestricted immigration and inevitable welfare support of undocumentable unvettable people from unstable third world extremists states that hate us and have a history of terrorism both domestically and abroad?

Because that’s not racism. It’s common f~~~ing sense.

I think people who think that alt-right are racist are saying so because they’re convinced that racism is the basis of his immigration policy and nationalistic stance.

I know that people who accuse the alt-right of racism only do so because they don’t have any actual, logical, supportable responses to his immigration policy etc.

They can’t actually come up with a reason why building a wall is bad, so they call it “racist”. Meanwhile Obama is giving Mexico millions to build a wall on their southern border. When we are already 20 trillion in debt.

Why is Trump’s wall bad but Obama’s wall good?

“Racism” is the rallying cry of losers who have already lost the argument but refuse to admit it. Whenever you see an accusation of racism you can rest assured there’s no actual racism present, because actual racism can be easily argued against with facts and logic. Wild, baseless accusations are unnecessary when dealing with actual racism.

I’d say MGTOW more leans toward anarchist/libertarian than to alt-right anyways

    To quote Heinlein:

Political tags – such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and. so forth – are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire. The former are idealists acting from highest motives for the greatest good of the greatest number. The latter are surly curmudgeons, suspicious and lacking in altruism. But they are more comfortable neighbors than the other sort.

I would say MGTOW fall into the better neighbors camp.

The guy asked two questions, Milo answered the second question very briefly, summing it up as red pill people are pretty much right about everything. Then he jumped to the first question where he talked about the percentage of racist people in the alt-right.

Thanks @ChaosOverAll. Already figured that out. Now I’m arguing that there aren’t really any actual racists in the alt-right either. It’s been my observation that the actual racists on the right f~~~ing HATE Trump and HATE the alt-right.

But again, all the actual bona fide racists I meet in real life have all been liberal. A lot of them are real condescending f~~~ers too.

And that is why nowhere in the feminist media (even when questioned) you won’t find the word MGTOW uttered!

It’s like saying Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.

You’re right, but I think it’s deeper then that. The claim or racism (or misogyny) isn’t about winning the argument, it’s about invalidating any statement the opposition may make about anything. It has nothing to do with the issue in contention and everything to do with destroying the character of the opposition to your viewpoint. Claiming racism is not only lazy, but it never does anything to address any real problems since ignores any other issue except the possibility of racism.

BLM is the perfect example of that, IMO. Not only do the misdiagnosis why police on black people is happening, but they prevent anyone from actually addressing the root problem.

And it goes further still. Claiming racism/misogyny becomes habit forming. You start to see nothing but racism. What’s worse, once you’ve decided everyone else has bad character, you fail to see you’re own flaws. It’s why feminists fail to see their own misandry. It’s why a professor feels justified in calling a hit on someone who doesn’t share her point of view.

Lastly, when you’ve efficiently demonstrated your inability or unwillingness to look at issue rationally and logically, only resorting to character attacks, others will stop engaging you altogether. They are no longer interested in resolving issues. You cause MGTOW.

    Ok. Then do it.

I would say the claim of racism is EXACTLY about winning the argument by invalidating any statement the opposition may make. Most people don’t understand the alt-right, so if you can quickly label them as racist then you will invalidate their viewpoint to a massive amount of the population. People are too lazy to look objectively and come to their own conclusion. They’d much rather see a picture with a caption that says “Alt-right are racist”, post it to their Facebook page, like it and move on.
