Over a decade ago – while I was bluepill, I would have vehemently argued against the words I am about to write. I believed, back then, that the female worker was just as smart/capable/competent as anyone.

A decade later – observable reality and experience have forced me to do a “180” degree turn. The professional female is one of the most incompetent, lazy, malicious creatures ever placed on the planet.

I’m not joking nor bitter….just experienced.

I’ve seen WAY too much to believe otherwise. They use their feminine wiles on cucked/weak superiors. They manipulate weak managers via threat of being called a misogynist and a visit from the state(female led HR department). Almost every female superior I’ve ever worked under has been: Incompetent, catty, petty, irrational and manipulative. The scariest aspect of the past decade is that they have all been protected.

Protected via family relations, sexual relations or just plain manipulative behavior of a weak/lonely beta superior. I see it clear as day – EVERY DAY.
It’s become obvious to me that these creatures never focus on achievement of goals or actually doing their jobs…..they focus on perception.

Being PERCEIVED as competent or PERCEIVED as doing their job. They are the ultimate example of relationship “management” (manipulation) and the C.Y.A. game.

It’s so bad, that, I refuse to work for a female superior ever again. They only lead organizations to decay and ultimately ruin…the worst part is that they usually are able to somehow move on to the next organization/team unscathed.

I stay as far away from females in the workplace as humanly possible.

I was actually fortunate to have a decent female boss. Way older than me so now worries about anything that way. I had to train her in her role. I was a contractor team lead over about 20 some people. If she would have been my age it would have been far far worse, she’d have been totally competitive and adversarial. Even so sometimes it was difficult to explain stuff but everyone sometimes has to learn things the hard way/brick to the head. Was the only female boss I had.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

I’ve had several female superiors…I’ve also had several female support partners. The overwhelming trend is that they will do the bare minimum – if that. They delegate responsibility to others. I never viewed them as competitors (competency levels) but they actually believe they are proficient. I have thousands of examples of ridiculous behavior. They sincerely want men out of the workplace because they delude themselves into thinking they have acumen. I stay as far away from them and only deal with them when I have to.

They are always clutching pile of papers and invariably have a mobile clamped to their heads ‘Yah. I’ve got to go dahling. I’m in a meeting’.

Always rushing here and there, yet when you look harder, there’s no substance.

If they are not actually screwing everything up, they are riding on other peoples backs and getting the credit for someone else’s work.

Yeah most of my experiences with female bosses and Co workers have been trash as well. I’ve had a few OK ones but that was because neither of us gave a f~~~ about the job. I worked as a janitor at a casino once and some old coke head bitch uses to get me to do all the hard work that she was supposed to do. At first I didn’t mind cause their wasn’t s~~~ to do and it wasn’t heavy to me. But than when I had s~~~ to do she still tried to make me do her s~~~ too when I refused the old smoking hag who was our boss took her side instantly and I lost my job a week later she got her friend hired in my position. These bitches will straight use you. It’s the same every job I’ve had it’s always the men doing the heavy work and the women standing around at the cash register or on the front line talking and being f~~~ing worthless. I worked at Chipotle once. I was the best on the grill so they forced me to do it by myself every f~~~ing day. A s~~~ load of work trying to run an entire kitchen by your self. While the front line had 4 women standing there to make a burrito. I told my boss and they didn’t do s~~~. They tried to put two females on it and one went home crying and the other just sucked and said she wasn’t gonna do it anymore. So they forced me back on it. Needless to say I ghosted them on a busy Friday lol bet it sucked for them

The “professional” woman IS YOUR ENEMY!!! If you believe otherwise, you are deluding yourself. They have systems in place to remove as many males from the workforce as possible…with the help of OTHER MEN. Research the discrimination lawsuit against Yahoo. I’m lucky that I work in a male dominated field. We only have one woman on our team and she’s working the night shift, so virtually no contact with her.
She still requires some special arrangements/treatment but it’s minimal.

I couldn’t imagine a workplace predominantly made up of women.

Nothing would get done.

Anyway communication, real open communication, is not wanted or even required in a relationship. Women cannot handle fully open and honest communication, plus most perceive it as a weakness on the part of a man. All that is required is catering to her whims, and even then nothing is certain. My last female co-worker was actually one of the biggest c~~~s I ever worked with. She was real bossy and tried to be controlling even though we were both lateral in our positions. It got so bad, I literally ended up not speaking to her at all. I limited interactions and cut out the small talk to the point where I only told her where I was going so she couldn’t complain to the boss that I would just disappear. We both worked alone and overnight. If there was something that p~~~ed her off, she would always ask questions she knew the answer to in order to try and start a fight. Once I caught on, I just ignored her completely.

I had two full time jobs and my other job payed more and was more fun. I worked long enough to bank some money and then just walked out the door.

She really was a c~~~ of a substantial magnitude.
