MGTOW: Common Denominator

I am new to the forum, but have long and deeply held many of the same views and philosophies I have found here. The unifying factor, and which has been of great pleasure for me to read in this forum, is this:

An unapologetic attitude for attempting to maintain two of our God given dispositions, in a society which attempts to seperate them:

A sexual appettite for women;

And,

Our innate desire to maintain a sense of autonomy (the ability to self-govern). It is our God given rationale, which as men enables us to cynically look at the society we are confronted with and rationally realize that we are confronted with the irrational, yet EXPECTED to modify our behavior accoringly.

 

Everyones story here is different. But, those two premises is how I pervieve the situation.

 

There is more I would like to post, but I am on my cell. Any input/perspective is appreciated.

I would like to know: what is the common denominator for you with MGTOW?

Apprecieate your perspective, here is mine.

While I understand the need to place ‘prototypes’ and ‘plattitudes’ for the purpose of man to categorize dispositions, I at one and the same time fundamentally disagree with it.

 

“Blue pill” vs “Red Pill” is in itself a false dichotomy: a logical fallacy. Two place us into two disrinct camps, is an oversimplification of the process.

 

My “trust” of women, declined when I met a married girl that sinply wanted sex. Really f~~~ed me up.

 

I personally chose, as a result, to find older, more “susceptible” women… Turns out, they put sex out the same night. Paid for the bar tab…Hell, one even paid my rent!

What was the problem: they were 10+ years older, so they KNEW they were used up. Lol… Wow.

Knowledge

That is the common denominator. The longer you live and learn, the more knowledge you gain. Once I came to know and understand that I was viewed and valued only as a disposable resource, I took measures to secure a priority position for myself, in keeping as much of the resources I generated as I can.

Men that are not awakened to the truth(red pill), are not mgtow. It is true, the exclusion of men from mgtow is not desirable, but without exclusion there is no definition. Just as a female can never be a mgtow, a man that is still plugged into the matrix cannot be mgtow. He is a slave, which is the opposite of going his own way. His direction comes from the system and his validation from women. A man who observes the environment he is in and that looks within himself(the red pill), is at once aware of the truth, and free from bondage to other people’s expectations of him.

What is entirely amazing to me, is this Matrix quote of “red pill” vs. “blue pill”; as though it is Gods word incarnate. It is NOT.

 

This oversimplification of the world, and its dynamics, is ridiculous. Are women exploiting their sexuality and using men in our society? Yes! Am I aware of this, and modifying my behavior as a result? Yes!

 

But to dichotimize EVERYTHING into a prototypical false dichotomy: red pill vs. blue pill, is so archaic and ridiculous. It remids me of the notions of PUA categories as Alpha or Beta…lol really? There are TWO categories in which I am forced to succumb to?

 

Life is much more dynamic thn that, and anyone with the firesight to understand MGTOW in mondern society, MUST posess the understanding to see through such categories.

AncientWisdom…you are not “forced to succumb to” anything.  That is the whole point.  Men Going Their Own Way….does not mean that any man has to succumb to anything, but the opposite: Sovereignty.  You should be your own man.  We are not PUA, expecting you to follow and pay for our way of getting the pussy.  You can come and go as you please, no credit card required.  Just don’t try to shame anyone into thinking your own thoughts, as that won’t fly here.  Agree or disagree as you like…and others will do the same to you.  We are not oversimplifying the dynamics of the world.  Give your head a shake, man.  These men have been through it all and are still standing, wiser and stronger.  Not simpletons.

We have all heard the argument you are making “It’s more complicated than you think, so the rules of logic and accountability don’t apply.”  No.  It sucks, and I want no part of it.  And your approval of my analysis is not required.

PS  We have heard this line of reasoning before from women.  The complexities of the dynamics of the world allow for loopholes in accountability so that a woman can not be easily categorized into “evil” or “not evil” based solely on her actions without all the complicated details.

You can go to bars, drink beer, and f~~~ bitches all you want, bro, and in the back of your mind your lizard brain is still telling you, “yeah, maybe I might have kids, maybe I will find a loving wife.” When you finally have to swallow that red pill, you will know it. When you have to chase that f~~~er down with your own tears, and realize: you will never find a woman that loves you, marriage is a pile of horses~~~ fed to you by the system, and any kids you have are her kids, not yours – it tends to have a devastating effect on many men. I am NOT requesting anyones approval or disapproval.

 

I AM requesting to know and understand what most of you find as a common denominator.

I am also NOT claiming I have some philosophy superior to ANY of you…I agree with MOST of what I have read on this forum, based on REAL life circumstances.

 

If I disagree with an individuals logic, and do so on a logical ground, than tell me precisely why Im wrong. Rather than tell me Im not of your ‘salvific’ nature.

 

Good God, Im just amother dude exptessing himself, amongst other guys.

 

Pethaps I was wrong about this forum. I thought it was a place for men to express themselves. Not a diatribe of anectdotes of religious nature, which if you dont subscribe to you are villafied. “Red pill…blue pill….swallow one or NEVER speak”.

 

I was looking for an environment in which modern men understand one another…not a cult like attitude towards superficial protocalls.

MGTOW has little interest in “Modern Society” as far as I understand.  Hence the departure from it.  Personally I believe a man can only be rejected a finite amount of times before he checks out of participating with people and situations that lead to more rejection. How many times does a man have to hear he is a bad man, before he begins to believe it and act accordingly?

If the Red pill vs Blue pill concept symbolizes his understanding of what is going on in his world, who the hell am I, or anyone one else for that matter, to say otherwise.  His thoughts are his thoughts, yours are your thought, as mine are my thoughts. If the way any of us think intersect, that is fine, if not? well that’s fine too.

Just because we share MGTOW, it doesn’t mean we are all going the same direction on the same path.

Well, this issue comes up on other forums from what I have read, in that there seems to be a disagreement that a man can be married and be MGTOW. Personally, I do not see a married man as being MGTOW. Being single seems to be a common denominator as well. Some obviously disagree with this.

My attraction to this site was its appeal of independence. I grew up in the influence of 70’s British punk. This IS independence! Now, here is this movement, which is a natural response to feminism, and they tell you : “There are two paths, both of which are predicated upon a film in the 90s. Choose one OR the other”.

 

Is THIS men going their OWN way? Lol…NO, it is not!

 

Men going their own way, dont require ANY sense of societies approval, I dont NEED, or require a film based in HOLLYWOOD with all of its propoganda, to TELL me what to believe.

There is no grey. The truth is not what you want to believe it is, it simply is. You either accept the truth(red pill) or you live in your fantasy. I can wish to believe that gravity didn’t exist, or 2+2 = 5, but that is not true. You can believe that if you want, if that makes you feel “independent”, but it doesn’t mean you are right, or mgtow. True and False is not a “false dichotomy” it is the foundation of f~~~ing binary – the exact science used for you to spill your bibble babble on the f~~~ing internet.
