For some people drinking 5 cups of coffee before noon “works” for them. It doesn’t mean it’s healthy though.

Like I said before I tried every diet. The best way to argue a point is to understand how to argue the other side of the argument as well.

You seem to think that I’m coming from a “I’ve never been on any other diet but this one works the best” argument.

There is no other nutrient dense food on the planet besides meat. Show me a tribe of people who survived the ice age on only plants. They don’t exist and if they did they were wiped out.

Humans can adapt to any environment you out us in, but those who have access to meat always fared better. They were stronger, bigger. The brain developed because we ate meat.

People get real sensitive when how they’re eating gets brought up.
I know guys who say they’re doing low carb but end up eating a slice of pizza on a Friday night.

How many vegans do you know who get drunk partying out with friends and end up eating meat that night? The answer is almost all of them admit to having done something kkme that.

In order for this to work you can’t take cheat days. You can’t half ass it and you can’t lie to yourself.

I have no more joint pain, no more bloatedness. All my stomach IBS issues have vanished. My skin looks amazing. My mind is sharper than it’s ever been.

“everything I’m moderation” is bulls~~~. You either stick with a proper plan and keep to it or be ready to continue to be mediocre.

Let’s conksre this to mgtow. In mgtow you don’t still try to date women and get into relations with them. Thats half assing it. You’re either all in or you’re not.

People do these diets in a lazy fashion and gets half ass results, and then they blame the diet Lolol.

You don’t know what works for you unless you can properly measure it and that takes discipline my friend.

Most people can’t follow a keto diet because they lack the discipline. Plain and simple

There are plenty of people who have had the “discipline” to do keto and felt like s~~~….even after giving it time.

For every person that argues that keto is the only diet that works, there’s someone that argues that ONLY a veggie diet works. Comparing it to politics, it’s almost like the right vs. left thing. I’ll choose moderation, thank you. 🙂

There’s nothing wrong with a cheat meal (or even a cheat day) once a week.

Keto works for you, that’s great. It doesn’t work for everyone, however. You keto guys are really passionate about your diet and I do appreciate that. I wish you continued success.

I highly recommend you all avoid carbs in the form of breads, grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Raw fruits and veggies are fine. Leafy greens are excellent. Very fibrous, most of the “carbs” in roots and legumes is indigestible to humans, but you can still get a wide range of micronutrients from them.

Eat a big bowl of green. It’s good for you.

I still eat veggies, but mainly ones that improve gut biom. There are some veggies that should certainly be avoided a’s they are high in carbs.

Leafy greens are def great, but most people still try and sneak in things like corn, onions, and carrots, potatoes, Yams.

If you can avoid anything that comes in a box and eat wholesome foods (not fast food), cook more at home etc. Then you’re doing better than 90 percent of Americans out there.

But my point in all this is to wake people up about meat. It’s good for you. The fattier the better. Organ meats are even better

All vegetables improve gut biome health/bacteria population.

The Blue Zone populations all ate 80% of their diet from whole food carbohydrates, vegetables. They ate all these carbs and still outlive the average person and have better overall fitness at an older age.

All vegetables have fiber… Fiber is what healthy gut bacteria crave

Humans adapt. We’ll eat what’s available. I’m simply saying you can live on only eating meat. There are tribes who’ve done it for millions of years. Look up the Inuit tribe.

Trying to avoid meat will lead you to an early grave. The reason why some people feel healthy on a vegetarian diet is because the standard American diet is that much more unhealthy.

I just want Ed to share what I’m doing and how amazing I feel. If you’re reading this and your gut is hanging off your belt and you’re blaming it on old age, understand what I’m telling you here. It doesn’t have to be that way.

But first you have to stop eating carbs and sugar…learn about intermittent fasting and how eating within a certain window of time boosts human growth hormone. Not to mention how fasting regenerates your immune system.
