Mens rights are a lost cause

By definition MGTOW is not going to have much invested in men’s rights, but don’t dismiss those men who are trying to advocate for them. I am guessing most of the posters on this subject who responded negatively do not have any boys.

I don’t have any myself, but I do appreciate the need to advocate for men’s rights if only for the next generation of young men that will inherit this s~~~ hole gynocratic, feminist mess. In fact I regularly support a group that advocates for men’s rights, even though I personally am well past thinking it will do me any good.

It seems like things have gotten worse since the mid 90s while I was on campus. Even then things were bad.

Two occurrences come to mind from my youth. During undergrad I was leader of a research team. One woman assigned to the team did not pull her weight – basically total non submittal of her portion of the project. I professionally tried to find out what was going on and she basically stonewalled me. Night before the project was due, her mother, no word of a lie, contacted me and accused/blasted me for being insensitive to her daughters “needs”. I was not made aware of any form of accommodation was required.

Next thing I know, the prof is calling me, and directs me to submit the project sans her portion. Since all portions were interconnected it was an incoherent mess. Still received an A+, so I thought nothing more of it at the time. If that happened today, I am sure I would have been expelled for not reading minds.

Fast forward to med school, first year. We were performing assessments on classmates, in front of the instructors and the class. My turn, and I get this random female classmate. While performing the assessment, correctly I might add, she accuses me of being inappropriate. Luckily, the instructor stood up for me and dismissed the complaint immediately. I saw my career flash before my eyes. Today, the mear accusation would have had me suspended, and probably charged.

She was failing out, and she decided to throw a distractor to excuse her poor performance.

I would not want to be obtaining my education in today’s environment.
