As for watches, I have two. One for getting scratched up and dirty and a more expensive one for good. The more expensive one I pretend has James Bond type gadgets. LOL I don’t always wear a watch, but when I’m gone from home, I like to keep track of the time and I don’t have a cell phone, so I have to rely on a watch.

Never thought I’d pay as much for a watch as I did for this one, but the other Citizen watch I own has lasted for a big part of my life. I bought this new one because not only do I hate changing batteries, I also hate having to change the time twice a year. This Eco drive not only never needs winding or battery changes, but also receives a signal from the atomic clock station. Once I pulled it out of the box and set it for my time zone, it automatically adjusted itself and I’ve not had to do anything else to it and never will, unless I switch time zones and then it’s easily reset. It automatically adjusts for daylight savings time. That was worth the expensive price tag for me.
