As ProBoards is commercial and makes no secret of the fact that it intends to harvest information, what can we do to avoid being doxxed and spammed?
I tried Opera as a VPN, but for me at least it takes forever to do nothing. I (and I suspect others) need some help here. Other ideas?
Recommendations for suitable throwaway emails in order to register at MenGTOW would also be appreciated.

Opera VPN is fast, if you’re experiencing slowness simply click on the VPN, there’s a setting: “Optimal”, “Europe”, “America” and “Asia” – try to switch to another one, “Optimal” is not always the fastest choice.

The information they sell is basically: your e-mail and your ISP address.
Using a temporary e-mail is the most important step: those e-mails addresses are sold to send you adverts.
Less important but still recommended: use a VPN. It’s meant to have less precise adverts, not to not being doxxed: indeed even with your real ISP address the minimum error is 10-20 miles.
The difference between using a VPN and not a VPN is very narrow – in example:
If I use a VPN I receive adverts regarding wristwaatches in the 100-200 $ price range, prices of the offers are in US dollars, the adverts are usually in Swedish, less often in English.
If I do not use a VPN I receive adverts regarding wrist~~~tches in the 100-200 $ price range, prices of the offers are in Euro, the adverts are usually in English, less often in Italian.
The system is so stupid that it doesn’t even realize that my target for wrist~~~ches isn’t 100-200 $ brands claiming to be “swiss”, but actually high-quality but cheap Chinese watches costing about half such price – those:

I assume that every “free” email provider is automatically scanning and selling data about my incoming and sent emails, so I use the phone for anything I don’t want them to have (credit card or account numbers). When I had a business, I used a paid and (hopefully) more secure email provider, but I don’t trust any of them completely.
One criticism of VPNs is that, beyond their stated privacy policies, you really don’t know what THEY are doing with your data – plus, you don’t know if they have security vulnerabilities on their servers.
