Holy s~~~ this article is gold, it confirms all our points and fears. As a result it is disgusting to read and once you see past the blatant man shaming and even TV show plugging, the ugly truth is there.

Some points I saw as well as no love in the article.

So their earning potential is limited and part time work is more likely to be their option. BUT, because women are earning more these days THEY don’t want to marry rich men who are educated?. BS!.

Maybe the reason poorer men don’t marry is because they don’t want to lose what little they have to a single mum with other guys kid in tow and no education.

Maybe higher earning men have better standards and enjoy f~~~ing hot single women with no kids in their prime?.

Already been said, but I’ll say it again. The article’s basic premise is that men want to marry women, and if marriage isn’t happening, it’s because the woman chooses for it to be that way.

That’s just a laughable assumption.

And the article just ignores the obvious reasons for low marriage rates that are right in front of the author’s face, while searching for obscure reasons. Men are not choosing to marry because of the high risk of divorce and financial ruin, because the state can take away their kids, and generally have less control over the unpleasantness of dealing with women. And you don’t have to buy the cow anymore.

Women aren’t marrying because society is much more willing to accept them having kids out of wedlock and having a generally s~~~ty and selfish attitude. Economically, unless a man has a significantly higher income than her and demonstrated a willingness to be controlled, you can get child support money without marriage.

None of these ‘issues’ are on the table for discussion in society and there is no reason to think they will ever be addressed. Marriage rates will continue to decline.

Ok. Then do it.
