More children are killed each year by drunk drivers, followed by car accidents NOT involving alcohol.
Why aren’t libturds trying to ban vehicles? Oh that’s right, they use them.
The schools are responsible for the safety of the kids. This latest tragedy is the schools fault for lack of security. They bred this kid into a killer. All of the bullying, feminist brainwashing, and then rejection turned that kid into a rage filled murderer. The school is completely responsible.
You can’t blame an inanimate object for murder. Only humans can commit murder.
Try it once. Put a gun on a table, tell it to kill someone, and see what it does.
I need auto-loading rifles to protect myself. We have cougars running around my area again. MS-13 are taking over Outlaw biker gang territory.
What are you going to do, run and try to find a safe space?
I’m going to stand and fight. I am a man.
Don't chase tail. Turn yours around, walk away, and live free!
Mass shooters are the price we pay when Marxists, feminists, and liberals are successful in destroying the family through “no-fault” divorce, family courts, and feminism and a female-run socialist-indoctrination “education” system that is a prison for males.
Personally I’d rather have a lunatic go the mass shooter route than the serial killer route. Serial killers have been known to go on for years or even decades killing people before getting caught, with murders sometimes numbering in the hundreds. Son of Sam notwithstanding, generally guns are not the best serial killer weapon because they attract too much attention.
Q in Star Trek had humans pegged correctly. “Besides, even if it would only ‘stun’ me, knowing humans as thou dost, wouldst thou be captured helpless by them? I was merely protecting myself. Now, go back or thou shalt most certainly die!”
Attempting to disarm me will be considered an attempt to render me helpless and will be responded to in the same fashion that an attempt on my life would be: by initiating deadly force on the attacker.
All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.
School shooters is the price paid for highly medication of boys of single mom’s
Peace brothers
As others pointed out, if you’re going to use that line of logic, you have to compare it other causes of death.
But the existence of guns is not the only reason, nor essential for someone to commit mass murder. Some other common ingredients is a mental ill/disgruntled/neglected man. Allowing that to happen comes with a cost. This always occurs in a gun free zone. Cost. The shooter also knows that media coverage will go nuts. He’ll be infamous. What’s the cost of having a media that profits off of tragedy?
Just on the media side of it, consider how it use to be quite common for sports fans to streak onto a playing field. They did it for attention, to get their face on tv. A while back, the media decided they would not grant them that attention. The streaker’s face never appears on tv. Suddenly, the number of streakers goes way down.
I’m not saying that mass shootings aren’t news or that people shouldn’t be informed. However, it’s clear that all this news coverage is far from necessary or productive. It’s also highly sensational and misleading. If mass shootings are a problem because too many innocent people are killed, we logically should be addressing many other things first.
Ok. Then do it.

Anonymous7It is the absence of values and shame.
It has absolutely nothing to do with an object, or its proliferation
Isn’t it interesting that this phenomenon was pretty much unheard of not too long ago? What changed?
Oh yeah, the mentally ill have been let loose. The degenerates are coddled, and given meds, and the outright evil are defended nowadays.
This reminds me of what has been going on with Facebook since the shooting. God forbid you post something that is against gun control. My account was locked for 24 hours due to violating community standards…apparently, the only standard I “violated” was having a point of view that was contrary to the libtard infested world of Facebook.
Anyways, it’s been one libtard after another, attacking gun rights and gun ownership all in the name of “protecting the children”. Yet, they’re the same liberals that support public funding for abortions, the protection of NAMBLA, and turning a blind-eye to the Lolita Express that is frequented by Democrats. And I don’t care what anyone says, those kids protesting in front of the White House are being exploited by left-wing school teachers to push a political agenda.
If they knew any better, they would be protesting at the J. Edgar Hoover Building because of the failure of the Federal Bureau of Incompetence to act when they received multiple reports about this kid. More laws aren’t going to work if we’re not already enforcing the laws that we have. Then again, I live in NH. We are a constitutional carry State…and we’re awfully polite to one another in part because of the fact that most of us are packing.
Guns cannot be blamed for the actions of one little asshole. It’s not the fault of the NRA, Smith & Wesson, or President Trump that someone decided to light up a school. But try explaining that to an obstinate, left-wing leaning parasite. The reason why this stuff is happening these days is largely due to the following:
1 – Progressives are teaching kids that they somehow have rights beyond the right to safety, nourishment, education, and shelter.
2 – The left has enabled people to blame anything other than themselves for their actions, thus alleviating personal responsibility. (Due to reasons 1 & 2, they have fostered a generation of entitled brats).
3 – Economic policies imposed by the left over the years have raised the cost of living so high that it is crippling. Both parents need to work to make ends meet, and this means less quality time with the family to actually spend time with the kids and to foster good moral character. The following argument that I present gets the most ire from libtards because they do not understand simple science – gun control would only feed the problem and not address it. The market forces of supply and demand would come into play. Regulations would effectively put a damper on supply, raising both prices and demand. This would inevitably feed the already existing alternative markets and the only people who would benefit would be the criminals that are getting the guns illegally, and reaping the financial rewards for pushing them in the black market.
I would also argue that mass shootings and the right to bear arms are not mutually beneficial to one another, or associated with the cost of our freedom. I would go back to how the culture of the left and this new breed of progressivism has eroded our society to such an extent and created this generation of entitled little bastards that can blame everyone and everything else for their actions, that is actually causing these tragedies to take place. What is happening now is actually the cost of allowing liberals to have any power in government.
It is worth doing some basic math here, and calculating the loss of life from an unstable individuals who shoot up a crowd vs the loss of freedom that comes from a disarmed citizenship that is at the mercy of the state. America fought wars to insure freedom, and Americans died. Even if it goes up to two mass shootings a day, that take out a crowd of 40+ people, the freedom is worth it, isn’t it? Just make sure we come up with the best practices to make sure you don’t get shot up yourself, and let everything else rot. Of course, to stop mass shootings, it is argued to arm more people. So, you can have high schools full of teens who are armed, and then they can get ticked off and shoot the person they are angry at and then kill themselves in remorse. Or, they can shoot and miss and hit someone else. Cafeteria food fights could be turned into shootouts with someone getting accidentally hit, deciding they needed to do pay back. At least there isn’t mass shooting, just
So, how many lives that come from mass shootings do you figure the freedom to own guns is worth?
Hmmm. So what are you really saying IGMOW?
Well, without there being sufficient funds, in addition to civil liberty issues about the state using labeling someone insane, there isn’t going to be a way to keep the guns out of the hands of those who may be a problem. Even in the case of Florida shooter, apparently there was armed law enforcement outside and also the FBI was notified and did nothing. Government funds to treat mental illness was cut from the budget. And there was a push not allow the government to restrict people with mental health issues to get guns.
So, with all this, the shootings will continue, at at least you don’t have a police state. Isn’t it worth it to just have school shootings from time to time, in order to make sure the citizens aren’t disarmed so the state would take over?
Even the arming school teachers isn’t an answer. They going to carry an automated machine with them, or a pistol? If they have a pistol, the unbalanced individual will come in with an automatic weapon, shoot the teacher first, gun down the students, and likely kill themselves in the end.

K. I’ll bite.
How many mass shootings happen at a gun convention?I have peers of my generation that use to show up to school with shotguns in the gun rack of their truck.
Why did they bring shotguns to school? So they could go hunting after school.
There was also a time when rifles where placed in a barrel and sold at drug stores, like candy.
Bugger off.
How many gun shows actually have the situation where all the guns are loaded and ready to fire? Do those selling the guns keep them armed? Would a gun shop sell someone a gun that was loaded or hand it to a consumer? No, they don’t do that. Go ahead, hand a loaded gun to a person who is in a hurry to buy one. There is a good chance they take the gun, shoot the gun seller in the head and run off. This is particularly true where there is a feeling that one needs to have a gun.
Check out this one Gun show’s website:
We respectfully request that you do not carry a loaded firearm inside the gun show.
In addition to the general safety issue, our gun show liability insurance policy requires that we check all firearms being brought to the show by members of the public to ensure that no guns are loaded. There are very few insurance companies who are willing to issue a liability policy to gun shows, and every venue where we conduct our shows requires that we provide a two million dollar liability policy in order to contract our shows.

All swiss men own machine guns and have to participate in a three week military drill every year.
Ever heard of a mass shooting in switzerland …
No. Mass shootings are not the price you have to pay for freedom.
