The article says he’s a paid employee. Is this his job, or is he slacking off on his job in order to kiss ass? I would not be surprised if the tube is happy to employee to do such since it’s good PR.

I also wonder how often he gets told off by fat chicks who look pregnant, but are not.

I used to take the bus to work, and not once did I ever give up my seat. I don’t have a good back, and standing for 45+ minutes is going to cause pain for the rest of the night. The bus comes every 5 minutes, so if you don’t want to stand, wait for the next bus. These were corporate women, so there’s just as much chance they’d give you a dirty look or assuming you’re hitting on you if you gave up your seat for them. Even then, acting lack a gentleman assumes you’re dealing with a lady…a poor assumption.

This guy is not a hero. The hero is the security guard who makes sure no one kills you on the train. Or even the guy who’s making sure the train runs on schedule everyday.

One of the problems I see with giving women special treatment, is that they will quickly stop recognizing it as special treatment and start calling it expected treatment. The have little sense of appreciation, but a strong sense of entitlement. What starts off as the ‘nice man sacrificed and gave up his seat for me’ quickly becomes ‘that asshole wouldn’t give up his seat, who does he think he is?’.

He is definitely not the chinese man… because if he was, he’d never make headlines in the first pace. Apart from that, my reaction towards this issue, like many other members, is a usual one: he’s doing it for publicity.

Think about it: why would I want to go and spend my valuable time searching seats for EVERY pregnant women? Its not logical.

Unless he was suffering from a previous guilt where he did not help a pregnant woman, and he’s doing it as an act of atonement. In that case, I’d understand.

We don’t really know about him.

But we do know that the media likes to cut off story to fit the narrative, as our resident MGTOW found out, couple with the fact that the “HERO” of the story does not get to speak, it is more likely the Real Mangina is the author of the article.
