Women goes for late night swim and drowns and, of course a man is to blame

“they have arrested one man who could face prosecution for “being the presumed author of an alleged crime of omission of the duty”.

The law is similar to UK manslaughter legislation which saw a MAN, 21, jailed for five-and-a-half-years after failing to help a WOMAN, 17, when she fell in the water at the Port of Ramsgate in April 2016.

I read this awhile ago and it really did p~~~ me off.

But I think the main thing is because he was with her. That’s why nobody else had that duty to help. Also of course that duty only applies to men, never women.

On a recent video Angry MGTOW talks about this type of situation.

Here is thing if he went to help and she survived he could be charged with assault for touching the woman without her permissions.

We already have situations where speaking to a woman is sexual harassment. In the UK one guy got arrested for “attempted rape” just for walking by a woman in a subway station. (He was later released when the police realized they had no evidence.)

The psychotic feminists want it both ways.

The Western women have screwed things up so badly however, they’re looking for Muslim men to come and save them. A Muslim man might not take an infidel as a wife, but he will take her as a slave, and as a slave a woman gets all the protections she would want so she’s perfectly happy with that. The more ambitious Western women are actively converting to Islam and assisting the Muslim men, so they can take a higher status as a wife, and then bully around their Western female peers that will be slaves.

A woman would rather be a slave to a dominant masculine male, and be third or fourth down the list of females, than be civil towards a man that treats her as an equal.

During the WWII German occupation of France there were french women whom supported and slept with the German soldiers.

After France was taken by the allies, while such women are not officially punished, the local women punished such women in various ways.

In the UK we don’t have a “duty to help” beyond moral obligation.

Over here though, most people would probably be too busy recording it for Facebook to actually step in anyway.

This is why even being in the presence of a woman is dangerous. If anything happens to her, it’s your fault no matter what. If you help her, you will be accused of sexual assault. If she doesn’t survive to make the accusation, you will be charged with murder. If you walk away, you will be charged with letting her die.
