Why should men mentor women? They claim they don’t need us. They’re super educated with college degrees. They don’t need our “mansplaining.” They can function just fine by themselves. No need to mentor them if they’re hell bent on being self-starters.

this is natural progression of the hateful culture against men. I have no doubt that women have shot themselves in the foot. It’s going to be even uglier for them because more people, even women themselves, are waking up to this. It’s all over the net. Women already have it on easy street with preferential hiring quotas, lower achievement standards, and female-dominated HR.

They outnumber male students in university by almost 2:1, but still claim victim status. STEM fields beg for more women and shut out qualified men.

Women don’t need ANY help from men in the workforce.

If one must work with them, it is enough to be pleasant but superficial. As we know, anything more is playing with fire.

mentoring is a voluntary arrangement for both parties, but it benefits one party more than the other. Marriage was once like that. And even though women benefitted more from it, men would still volunteer for it to get what benefits there might have been, even at the inflated cost. Women transformed that arrangement into one where they now take, by fraud, coercion and legal force, as much as they can possibly get, with essentially zero reciprocal benefit.

Why should I volunteer for a mentoring arrangement with people who have already demonstrated a willingness to transform it into fraudulent, larcenous ripoff at the first available opportunity?
