Sorry to hear that, mate.  Unfortunately, that’s what the educational system has become nowadays.  In many ways, it’s borrowed heavily from feminism.  One is allowed to stay on if one can be useful to an administrator’s plans and ambitions.  If not, one gets tossed out with the day’s trash.

A word to the wise for anyone thinking of going to an Asian country to meet women.

The cultural differences are STARK, when you marry an Asian girl, you need to understand that the oldest daughter in a family is designated the breadwinner for the family so invariably one of two things happens.

She travels to your country and is still required to send money home to support her old family until next oldest daughter takes over, OR…

You stay with her in her country (or in yours if that’s where you meet) and she brings her mother father and siblings with her.

I’m not taking the p~~~ here fellas this is REAL, I have been with a few women from Thailand and Philippines and they are always loyal to their family back there.

Here in Canada, it’s not uncommon for a foreign woman to marry a citizen and use that as an excuse to bring the rest of her family over.  That practice was controversial and is even more so now with the Temporary Foreign Worker program.

QWV…Yep that happens here a lot too, but the Government has just raised the visa costs for family to absolutely exorbitant prices.

And of course the poor sucker (Man) has the pleasure of paying all the fares and expenses etc….

One thing’s for certain.  A lot of robber barons and carpetbaggers whine that hiring Canadians will bankrupt them, so they go grovelling to the federal government to let them hire foreigners.  That may be one reason I haven’t been able to find a job after I quit my teaching position.
