Don’t worry Dawson1, OldBill did the same bulls~~~ to me earlier when I also posted this extremely important story, and he also refuses to answer when he starts s~~~ and is called out. Don’t expect a response. I thought his non-response meant he understood he was being as ass, but apparently not. It’s just silent treatment.

It’s a damn important article and represents a fundamental change in our court proceedings – deserves to be posted three times, if you ask me. Men can’t be warned enough.

OldBill has followers who gloat about his “wisdom” each time he posts something. A great guru huh? So is the Pope. People who are truly wise don’t get a rise out of putting other men down and being the forum-police with trumped up charges in a man-forum designed to lift up men. Truly wise people love lifting up their brothers and doing it in a way that gives credit to the brother. OldBill’s got a whole bunch of good men duped, acting like a shaman telling stories of books he’s read, which is really too bad, because then he stabs good men in the back. Most people can’t see what they are not looking for though.

I thought it was something personal against me, and was going to ignore it, but now I see it’s not. He’s just a self-appointed forum cop. It’s called loving your power and wielding it in a passive aggressive way to make sure no one “rises in the ranks”. It’s jealousy, that’s all.

Passive aggressive people are dangerous, because they get other riled up, and then the group points to the angry person (which is justified) and says, “Hey calm down”. When actually, there are good reasons for being angry. Once he gets you angry, he follows it up with silent treatment which is total x-girlfriend behavior. The f~~~? I don’t know how the men here don’t see it.

If he was an equal opportunity insulter, fine. But he targets his prey with strategy. Here’s how it works: He dropped the F-bomb on me earlier today (unbelievable) thinking I didn’t comb the forums for the article, which I did, and in a different forum he also said I should look something up on the internet instead of asking, and he insulted me (unprovoked) while at the same time agreeing with my statement! The f~~~? BUT… here Hitman didn’t check your three (just three!) postings before asking for an Introduction. What is harder, to check three postings with one click, or to comb the entire forums? Not even the same order of magnitude. But what do we hear from OldBill? Crickets. Why? Because there’s cliques on here. You and I aren’t in the inner party, get it? It’s how the mafia works: not in the clique? Get knocked down.

Nothing against you Hitman. I like Hitman. Just pointing out the blatant hypocrisy, so hopefully a good man won’t LEAVE for another year. There are several reasons why dupes can be a problem – even though it’s not a big deal.

Bill points out the previous existing link actually has the topic in the title. That makes it searchable. Someone actually reposted it using exactly the same title and that creates a near IDENTICAL dupe – with a “2” on the end.

Googling “Look at this bulls~~~” doesn’t do anything for indexing or search ability. Websites also get penalized for too many dupes too.

I just searched for child support. It doesn’t come up for me. Honestly, I can’t seem to make heads or tails of the search function, everytime I search for something. The last thing I want to do is post a duplicate, but honestly, as the site grows and thousands of men come on here, it’s gonna happen, without some serious AI or complex workflow. I was certain someone else must have probably posted it, but I just did not see it anywhere. There’s a lot of people posting, and these things get knocked down quickly.

I don’t see the need for the f-bomb directly at me. I don’t like people saying F~~~ directly to me. I think there’s a tactful way to put it. I’m old fashioned, I guess.

Where’s the shame? I posted a duplicate, I didn’t sleep with a goat. We are looking at this from different perspectives. My thinking was, it’s so important, that if it’s a duplicate, I’ll take the flame throwers just to warn men who haven’t seen it. Clearly, other men thought the same thing. I have a Chinese wife with some seriously f~~~ed up problems – “shame” has become one damn heavy word in my world. I hardly ever use that word now. People have different perspectives.

Yeah, I f~~~ed up – I posted a duplicate, but I won’t lose sleep over it. No need for the F-bomb. You are a long time member of this site – an Elder as it were. People here see you as very wise. I’m much more off-the-cuff, which means when you just go dropping F-bombs on people below you, that’s really tough. If I dropped the F-bomb on one of my subordinates, they would be f~~~ing crushed. They look up to me. That’s how hierarchies work. If you are going to accept it when people call you wise, then you have to critique others with grace and nobility. Not F-bomb me in front of the whole audience.

If three people are making the same mistake in one day, it becomes a process problem. You can’t just go making everyone feel bad. Voice tone is often misinterpreted with just text. You might be speaking light hearted, but the receiver might take it with great weight.
